Between shots, lots of the detail disappears, including a blue circle, some organs, several lines of text, and the orange and green circles change size, shape and position. (00:03:24)
Continuity mistake: Stewie takes the card from the predictor machine in his left hand but on close up it's in his right hand. (00:04:30)
Continuity mistake: When the university dean is looking at Meg's transcript, the folder of other papers he has on his desk suddenly moves back with more of the large white paper underneath it moving. And the text boxes at the top of the paper he's holding vanish in a closer shot. (00:04:31)
Continuity mistake: In the Dean's office, he has papers on his desk looking over Meg's transcript. In the shots showing Peter, Lois and Meg, the desk is clear with no papers on it. (00:04:40)
Continuity mistake: When Meg is telling the university dean that she is president of the Luke Perry Fan Club, Peter is suddenly no longer beside her. Also, the distance between her and Lois grows, the chairs they are sitting on suddenly become smaller, the bookshelf behind them suddenly becomes much more shallow, like it's cardboard and it's wider, and the blue books on the left of the screen change labels. Continuity mistake: When Lois and Peter walk into Meg's room to comfort her, she has a Luke Perry poster on the wall above her bed next to the mirror. After the cutaway gag of Peter working as a Ghostbuster in high school, the poster has now vanished off her wall. Or it has moved so far to the right it's now out of frame. (00:06:00)
Continuity mistake: Peter and Lois are in Meg's room and are standing in the middle of the room on her rug. Then, in the shot where Peter challenges Lois to a race around the world, suddenly they are standing next to her window at the wall. (00:06:05)
Continuity mistake: When Neil goes to wash his retainer at the water fountain, in the first shot there is no button on the fountain, but it appears in the close-up. Also, between shots, the corner of the cork board moves further away from the fountain. And the guy holding the camera next to Neil goes from hands on camera to the camera just dangling around his neck with his hands down. (00:06:25)
Continuity mistake: When Meg walks up to Neil's desk, there is a cup of water on the side of the desk next to the paper, and Neil puts his hands on the paper near the edge. Then in the next shot, his hands move to the centre of the paper and now the cup of water is also on the paper. (00:06:34)
Continuity mistake: Lois takes away the box of Fig Newtons from Stewie and sets it on the counter in the kitchen. In the first shot, the open side of the box is facing towards what would be the left if you're facing it from the kitchen, then in the next shot the box is turned around so the open side is facing the right. Continuity mistake: After Peter sees the magazine with Luke Perry on it and gets an idea, he stands up. Suddenly, the family couch, that was seen in several shots before, is right up against the wall where the table should be and the house front door is missing. The circular rug at the foot of the couch is missing. (00:11:33 - 00:12:19)
Continuity mistake: After Meg gives Brian a copy of her report on Mayor West, he reacts to it and Peter takes a copy. Suddenly, the couch they are sitting on becomes longer with more space between Peter and Brian. Brian goes from sitting in the middle of one of the cushions to on the crack between two of them. Continuity mistake: When Meg is walking by lockers with students reading the paper that has Meg's story in it, the lockers change between shots. They go from tall single lockers to double-stacked lockers. (00:13:23)
Continuity mistake: When Peter and Brian are trying to get close to Luke Perry, there's a shot of Luke at the pool and the camera pans over to him. In that shot, there is no drink on his table. When it cuts to a close-up, suddenly he has a drink sitting there, as well as a piece of paper that appears on his table. (00:17:12)
Continuity mistake: Peter tries to seduce Luke Perry by rubbing ice and an orange on his nipple to get it hard. In the next shot, his nipple is suddenly back down to normal again. (00:17:40)
Continuity mistake: Peter and Luke Perry go into Peter's house, and sit down. The door is open when they sit down. In the following close-up of Luke Perry, the door is closed, with no evidence of anyone, or anything, closing it. (00:19:53)
Continuity mistake: When Luke Perry and Peter are sitting on the couch together, Luke says he has to go and checks his wristwatch. In the next shot, when Peter spills wine on Luke's shirt, he's suddenly not wearing a wristwatch anymore. (00:19:58)
Continuity mistake: During the scene where Chris walks into a hardware store, the antennae on the control on the back of his head change from straight to curled to straight again.
Suggested correction: I watched the hardware store scene carefully but I didn't see any difference on the format of the antenna on Chris' head. It's always stay curled in the whole scene.
Continuity mistake: The length of the antennae on the remote control on the back of Chris's head constantly changes between shots.
Continuity mistake: When Stewie is just about to fly into the fan in the Griffin's living room, having just attached the antennae to Chris, a green balloon appears on his back with the other three balloons.
