Visible crew/equipment: When Sam, Carla and Diane are in Sam's office and begin laughing Coach walks in, laughs for a few seconds, and leaves. Right after that the obvious shadow of a piece of equipment (probably a camera) passes across the floor in front of Diane. (00:22:15)

Continuity mistake: The distance between the candle and apron change between shots as Norm talks to Sawyer. The apron also changes the way it is folded between shots. (00:17:50)

Audio problem: When Norm goes to leave the bar to plan his toga, a smack sound is heard just as he passes Cliff. There was nothing there that could have made the smack sound. (00:06:30)
Continuity mistake: Sam, Norm, and Woody are helping Rebecca move into Robin Colcord's house. When a curious Norm opens a bedroom door, the wall is bare. The shot cuts to Rebecca then back to Norm, but now there is a desk with flowers and a vase on it, plus a picture hanging on the wall.

Visible crew/equipment: A boom mic is visible after Nick goes into the office. (00:19:45)
Continuity mistake: When Carla says to Diane that Sam is the father of her son, after Diane says "You plucky little soldier, you" her head is facing Carla. Shot cuts and she's instantly half way through turning her head. (00:10:30)
Visible crew/equipment: The very first shot after the opening titles shows cars driving in front of the bar. If you look at a brown car that drives past, you can see the director sitting in the director's chair, reflected on the car. (00:03:00)

Visible crew/equipment: When Sumner goes to the back to make a phone call, we can see a crew member sitting on a wooden chair with a camera beside him and a few more people in the distance. (00:04:30)
Visible crew/equipment: After Sheila leaves the bar, when Sam hops up onto the counter Rebecca exits the office, and just as Sam says, "Hey, let me ask you something, do you think my life is empty and void of any meaning," the moving boom mic casts a shadow on the wall, over the office door. Continuity mistake: While Sam considers going to see the psychiatrist professionally just to hook up with her, Carla suggests that he feign impotence, and Sam puts his bottle down on the counter, but it cuts to a closeup with Sam suddenly holding the bottle in his raised right hand. (00:09:30)
Continuity mistake: Diane's outfit (shirt/sweater) changes in the scene where Sam is lighting candles. (00:07:18)

Continuity mistake: When confronting coach about Diane coming to the bar, Ted Danson's wedding ring is visible on Sam's left hand. Later in the scene it disappears. (00:15:17 - 00:16:00)

Visible crew/equipment: In the opening scene when Frasier gets out of his car the camera is reflected in his car window.
Continuity mistake: When Woody gives Norm a beer he puts a napkin next to the beer. The shot changes the napkin is under the beer.
Continuity mistake: During the scene when Norm is giving Doris the letter of recommendation her hair his covering her ear facing the camera. When she says "It must have taken a lot of guts to open up that way." Her hair is now behind her ear.
