Sometimes You Hear the Bullet - S1-E17
Factual error: We see Pvt. Wendel trying to hot-wire a jeep to escape. He wouldn't have to hot-wire it, because vehicles assigned to a combat zone were equipped with an ignition switch, not an ignition lock, for the simple reason that keys get lost or mislaid all the time and in an emergency, having to track down keys for vehicles would be extremely detrimental to an unit's combat effectiveness.
Revealing mistake: When Hawkeye walks into the mess tent naked as per his bet with Trapper, in some shots, you can see that he is really still wearing shorts. (00:07:40)

Continuity mistake: In some shots, Radar's exam questions are in his hand, in others they are tucked under his arm. (00:10:30)

Continuity mistake: When Frank is getting drunk he spills gin down the front of his vest. A few shots later, just before he collapses, it suddenly dries out significantly. (00:13:20)
Other mistake: Near the end of the episode Hawkeye is finishing his letter to his father. He writes "kiss mom and sis", but later in the series we find out that his mother died when he was a kid and he doesn't have any siblings.
Audio problem: At the end, while Radar is playing drums, he is using drumsticks but drum brushes are heard.
Continuity mistake: Casey's glasses go from dark framed to metal framed and back as he says goodbye to Hawkeye.
Continuity mistake: During the charity no-talent night, when the curtain opens on the Swinging Surgeons we can see Radar using a set of brushes on the drums, but in Radar's closeups he's using drum sticks, then in the wideshot it's back to the brushes again.
Continuity mistake: At the end, Casey comes over to say good bye to Hawkeye. As he stands there, the glasses he wears go from round, speckled-brown frames to silver oval, and back.
Continuity mistake: When the Swinging Surgeons are performing during the charity no-talent night, Radar's drum kit is set up differently between the wideshots and closeups.

Other mistake: When Frank's with Margaret in her tent and she tells him that she thinks they should reevaluate their friendship, there's a Life Magazine lying on her bed which is dated over 15 years in the future ― August 25, 1967, with "The other war in Vietnam" written on its cover.
Other mistake: After Klinger gives the long johns to Mulcahy, he "disappears." But if you look closely through the camo net, you can see him in the shadows of the background.
Continuity mistake: When Henry is put on the table, he rolls onto his back while requesting gas. After a cut to Hawkeye, he's on his stomach.
Continuity mistake: After Hawkeye and Trapper cut the bomb wires, Trapper kneels down to see if it's still ticking, and his hand disappears from his helmet. (00:23:05)
Factual error: The announcer says that it will be the 53rd Army-Navy game, but the game has been played every year since 1890, with no games in the years 1894-98, 1909, 1917-18, and 1928-29, so this game would be number 51. Additionally, at the end of the episode we find out the result was Navy 42 - Army 36. While Navy won all three games during the Korean conflict, none of those games ended with such a score. The score in the 1950 game was 14-2.

Continuity mistake: Right after Radar tells Henry to forget about the game there's an explosion, and when Radar shouts, "More on the way!" everyone ducks and we see Henry's diploma up on the wall, but when it cuts to a different angle the diploma has vanished before the room even shakes or the heater's stovepipe falls.
Other mistake: During the game, when the second bomb goes off, the whole building is shaking and things are falling all around but the drinks on the table do not move at all.
Revealing mistake: When the second shell explodes outside, the shelf in the right foreground shakes a moment, then the top suddenly flips up, dumping the bottles that were on it. Obviously a stagehand flipped it when no bottles fell.
Continuity mistake: While Hawkeye holds the tail assembly, Trapper cuts the wires. In the closeup, he cuts the wires a few inches from the connectors. In the wide shot, the wires were cut closer to the bomb's body.
Other mistake: Hawkeye reads the propaganda flyer, he says. "Give yourselves up, you can't win. Douglas MacArthur." Trouble is, the papers are all advertising for a flying company called Ace Eli.

Answer: It is actually Cencompac for Central Command of the Pacific. It is like the headquarters for all military activity in the Pacific Region (Japan, Korea, Okinawa, etc. The newer version of that is United States Pacific Command (USPACOM).
EMTurbo
And the abbreviations were used mainly by the Navy. Especially CENCOMPAC.
