Also, the right doorknob is aligned with the top of the panels, but in the next shot, they are not. Continuity mistake: When the Poké Ball Ash uses for Krabby indicates success, it is at a 22° angle, and there are pieces of wood on the ground, but when Ash goes over to retrieve it, it is at a 45° angle, and the pieces of wood previously on the ground have disappeared. (00:04:49)
Continuity mistake: When there is a front view of Ash carrying Pikachu to the Pokémon Center, his left strap is green, but in the next shot, it is blue. (00:02:17)

Continuity mistake: When A.J. removes his bag, the straps on Ash's are green, but when Butterfree picks up A.J.'s, the straps on Ash's have changed to black. (00:03:27)

Continuity mistake: When Ash and friends realise that the Charmander on the rock is Damian's, Brock's vest goes from being visible underneath Misty's right arm to not and then back to being visible. Also, the marks on Ash's cheeks go from being forward z's to being backward ones. (00:06:43)
Charmander: The Stray Pokemon - S1-E11
Continuity mistake: When Ash asks if he cannot get Pokémon, there is no protrusion between Brock's and Misty's bags, but in the next shot, one appears. Also, Pikachu's head is not turned, but in the next shot, it is. Additionally, the strap of his binoculars is on the centre of the right half of his collar, but in the next shot, it is not. (00:01:34)
Other mistake: When the computer in the storage room says, "Downloader activated," the land and water are reversed with the cities appearing on water instead of land. (00:15:02)
Answer: He is a good guy but just found himself in a bad situation when he worked for Lysander. He didn't want him to harm Ash and his Pokémon when he was trying to get the special bond between Ash and his Greninja to work. He does leave Lysander and go back to being a good person.
