Continuity mistake: When Rafe is just about to burn Evelyn's letters, he folds them. In the first shot, he folds them with the writing on the inside, but in the next shot and the shot when the letters burn, the writing is on the outside.

Continuity mistake: In the first overhead view of Dolittle's carrier the front plane has its tail just about at the level of the carrier tower. In a later shot there are 2 planes in front of the tower, and when Dolittle takes off, his plane - as the first - is positioned behind the tower.

Continuity mistake: When Maitlands guys remove the bonds from the box, they have opened the lid and 4 nails are sticking out. But they don't hammer them back in. Nevertheless the nails disappear from one shot to the next.

Continuity mistake: The blood smears on the floor when Axel has gotten shot changes between shots. In the first clip there is just one spot and he moves a bit away from that. In the next clip there are two long smears.

Continuity mistake: When Plenty offers to help Bond with the game, behind them is a man in a yellow shirt and a man in a brown coat and green shirt. However in the next clip there is a lady in a pink dress instead of the man in the yellow shirt. She was nowhere to be seen half a second earlier.

Continuity mistake: When Bond climbs the Whyte House to get to Willard Whyte, he climbs a large overhanging structure, leaning out over the main part of the building. But in the previous day shots of the Whyte House there is no such structure to be seen.

Continuity mistake: When Blofeld is watching Bond and Plenty in the casino on the surveillance camera, on the screen a man in a dark shirt can be seen on Bond's right side. But in the next clip (and in the preceding clip) a little lady in a white dress is standing on Bond's right side.
