The International (2009)

Continuity mistake: When we see Calvini get shot the second time, the bullet holes in the column behind him do not match the bullet holes when Sallinger examines them.

The International (2009)

Continuity mistake: During the shoot-out at the Guggenheim, each of the assailants is using so many bullets that they would have needed huge bags to carry all the magazines.

The International (2009)

Continuity mistake: When we see Calvini get shot, the bullet holes in the column are almost right behind his head, at head height above the floor. But when Sallinger examines the bullet holes in the column, they are just above the floor.

Continuity mistake: When Bond and Domino jump into the water from Palmyra, the Arabs are shooting at them with rifles from the wall. The submarine starts shooting at the top of the wall. But in the second shot of the submarine it is very far in the background - shooting at a point in the wall which is very very far from where Bond and Domino are in the water.

Licence to Kill (1989)

Continuity mistake: The fire in the lab is started by Bond throwing a glass of burning gasoline on a table. A few seconds later, we see that it is burning in two separate places in the room. How did it jump? In the clip where Bond is placed on the conveyor, we see a small fire on the floor of the lab, but nowhere else. Nevertheless, we hear an explosion and see black smoke on the outside. That fire spreads unrealistically fast.

Octopussy (1983)

Continuity mistake: Gobinda kills the two helpers at the Monsoon Palace and throws them on the floor in the freezer and we hear the thumps. Minutes later Bond hides in the freezer. The bodies now hang on meat hooks, and have already turned gray.

Octopussy (1983)

Continuity mistake: When we see the Monsoon Palace from the lake, it is set very high on a barren brown mountain. When Bond escapes on foot, he very quickly is in a dense and moist jungle - and walking out in a low-lying marsh land with a wide river. That can't be the same lake, since we don't see him running down a steep barren cliff-side.

Octopussy (1983)

Continuity mistake: During the fight on the roof of the train, the scenery in the background changes dramatically between shots. Especially when the surviving knife artist climbs up on the roof. There we are in a dense forest, and when we cut to Bond, we are on an open field.

Continuity mistake: When the commandos start placing the demolition charges, the roll of wire is a very bright white, but next morning the wire is black.

Continuity mistake: When the boat has surfaced in the ice, Polenin goes to his cabin. Inside we see a stack of books lying neatly on a top shelf. However, after all the bumps seen during the earlier fast ascent, where things and people were thrown around, the books would be scattered over the floor.

Continuity mistake: In the final scene the parrot takes Bonds watch and drops it, and it falls into the water. That would require that the parrot sat on the ship's railing.

Armageddon (1998)

Continuity mistake: The first shuttle takes off some time before the second. Nevertheless we see a picture of both shuttles in the air shortly after they clear the towers.

Jacob La Cour

Continuity mistake: When being chased by the witch (which turns out to be Santa Claus) across the plain, the shadows change direction between shots, and in the close-ups there is more than one shadow per person.

Mamma Mia! (2008)

Continuity mistake: During "The Winner Takes It All," you first see the cliff with the church and the sun very low on the horizon. Later during the scene, the sun is much further to the right and higher in the sky (the sun glare on the water is bright white). The scene was apparently filmed in the morning (and not in the evening) and we see a sunrise and not a sunset.

Mamma Mia! (2008)

Continuity mistake: When Donna is fixing the crack in the tiles, the tip of the filler-gun breaks off. She stands up, and a bit later waves the filler gun, with the tip back on. The pistol has been out of sight (her hands down) during the scene, but she didn't look down once, and we see that she is carrying a bowl in the other hand, so she would not have had a chance to put the tip back on again.

Continuity mistake: When the stealth ship tries to escape the English and Chinese navies, they say it's going 48 knots. But when we see it 'speeding' away, you can see by its wake that it is cruising very slowly. Definitely nowhere near 48 knots.

Jacob La Cour

Continuity mistake: When the BMW drops off the roof and into the AVIS office, its trajectory is not consistent. It enters the AVIS office rather horizontally, but at that point in its trajectory it would have gone almost vertically.

Continuity mistake: When we first see Mrs Whistler's body being pulled out of the water, her front is towards the boat. In the next clip, her back is towards the boat.
