Correction: The window you see is not the same window we see next to the store entrance. It's to the left of the store when he walks in. We actually never see a clear view of the entrance when Homer gets in the store.

The Simpsons (1989)

Correction: Bart might have believed it was spelt Quick instead of Kwik. It sounds the same and most kids when they learn to spell are taught to spell as it sounds, so that might have lead to Bart not thinking it was a mistake. It was only a small display for plan of attack.

Lummie

As a regular customer at the Kwik-E-Mart, I'm pretty sure that he would know how it was spelt.

The Simpsons (1989)

Correction: If you look closely her hair to the right of her starts to flick over her shoulder as she turns to look around. The hair going around her neck gives the illusion her hair has separated her body from her head but it's just long hair covering her body below her neckline.

Happy Gilmore (1996)

Corrected entry: Happy brags to Virginia about being the only guy in the history of hockey to ever try to stab someone with a hockey skate. Well, it is impossible to do. The blade on a hockey skate is in a shape of a small arc, with no points, unlike a figure skate, which has a pick in front and a definite point in the back.

Correction: Happy "tried" to stab someone. Being as irrational as Happy is he certainly might have just thought that he could use it to stab someone. As you have explained its not hard to figure out why Happy was the first person to try it.

Training Day (2001)

Corrected entry: When Ethan Hawke is upside down in the bathtub with a shotgun in his face you can see that he has spare magazines. In the previous scene when his pistol was handed back to him (unloaded) all he had to do was reload using one of his spares.

Correction: How? Ethan had handcuffs on. So I doubt he could reload his weapon turn himself around and shoot three guys! Especially considering the fact that he had a shotgun right up next to his face.

Lummie

No he's actually right. He could have used his other magazines.

Event Horizon (1997)

Corrected entry: In the scene where Peters is about to see the image of her son in the medical station, she picks a bone saw up to defend herself. These are used for autopsies more often than not, and would probably not be laying about even in a medical station on a ship. Also, there was no blood on the blade indicating that even if it had been taken out to be used by the previous crew, it never saw any use. So what's it doing there?

Correction: The previous crew might have had the tool in backup incase it was needed. Also the ship was a mess when they find it, items were floating everywhere and with the gravity off it might have been moved. Peters might have just seen it lying there and decided to use it as she was pretty terrified at what was making the noise.

Corrected entry: When Melissa picks up the phone to hear the news that Roger Podachter is dead, it is brightly sunny. The shot changes immediately to Podachter's apartment building, where it's now night.

Nicki

Correction: Watching the scene, just before they left the sun is starting to set. By the time they got there the sun might have gone down. Besides there are two different scenes, meaning the time difference is not immediately taking place as soon as she finishes talking on the phone.

Lummie

Corrected entry: It's hard to believe that Andy wouldn't have been caught in the act while tunneling through the wall. Even if he was able to time the prison guards' nightly head count inspections to avoid detection, any convict in one of the cells on the opposite tier would have been able to see directly into Andy's cell. It stretches the imagination to think that Andy wouldn't have been seen by an "enemy" convict on the opposite tier.

Correction: Throughout the scenes at night, the cells are very dark. As it took him over 20 years to make the tunnel, I dont think its hard to assume that another convict would see him as they never reported him in that space of time. In some of the night scenes when some of the shots are taken from the cells its pitch black in the other cells so most would never see him anyway. With the guards, he didn't have the head check that night. Andy was working late and was buzzed in later on.

Death Is a Bitch - S2-E6

Corrected entry: In the bar shoot-out, the participants are covered with bullets. Once the rules of death are reinstated, every person with a bullet in a fatal spot should be dead.

Correction: In theory that would be the case, but in the show Death has to actually come and "kill" the person. In this episode its shown that Death himself has to touch the person or take them away before they are actually dead. If he wanted to he could go back to the bar and collect all the people that shot themselves but he wouldn't have much reason to.

Collateral (2004)

Corrected entry: When the train leaves, you can see Tom in the window in the front of the second car. Before that they had a huge shoot out, yet the engineer one car forward is unable to hear the shoot out and completes his stops with 30 bullets and a dead guy, not to mention the passengers who didn't seem to care.

Correction: In actuality the gun fight is only about 4-5 shots each person. In the film it is very quick and then its over. Being in a closed booth the sound would have been reduced significantly. The engineer could have assumed (with not seeing the incident as well) it was just a ruckus or something on the tracks as it was so quick. There are a number of loud noises being on a train so might have just assumed it was a loud noise. With regards to the passengers that we see, Tom and Jamie pass the only remaining passengers before the stop where Tom holds his gun out the door to stop Jamie Foxx. In that stop the passengers behind would have likely exited the other cars to avoid any trouble as they had seen the guns being carried.

Correction: When Max and Annie leave the train, the time shows Sunday morning after 5am. Guess that's when they filmed the scene.

Casino (1995)

Corrected entry: When Robert De Niro is at the restaurant with Sharon Stone when he catches her with James Woods. He put a stack of money on the table, In one scene the bills are flat, in the next scene they are curled up on the edges, then they go flat again.

Correction: You only see the money twice and both times they look almost identical in both shots.

Something Smells / Bossy Boots - S2-E1

Corrected entry: When Pearl tells Spongebob to remove the buns, patties and condiments from the Krabby Patty, Spongebob states that only left the tomatoes and lettuce. Yet in many other episodes, like "Pickles", the Krabby Patty also has onions and pickles, which are not counted as condiments.

Correction: Maybe they are not but onions and pickles are not normally used in salads anyway. Also pickles and onions seems to frequently not be shown on Krabby Patties in the show. Many of the episodes you never see the pickles and onions in the burgers even when they are made. So in theory its possible he didnt foget those items, they were just never there (onions and pickles) to begin with.

Apollo 13 (1995)

Corrected entry: Just after the explosion, there is a shot of Odyssey's instrument panel with the mission timer reading 91 hours and 34 minutes. The accident occurred around 56 hours into the flight. The next time the mission timer is seen, it reflects the proper time.

Correction: I have looked through the scene and shot numerous times, and there doesn't seem to be anything to show that its reading was 91 hours at any point in the scene. A few of the shots we can see the timer in the background but its not very clear and it looks to be about 56 hours on the timer. The shot before Bill Paxton reports a Bus B undervolt there is a clear shot of the timer is at 56 hours, 55 mins and 13 secs.

Chocolate With Nuts / Mermaid Man And Barnacle Boy V - S3-E11

Corrected entry: In Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy V, Barnacle Boy says he is 68 years old. However, in the previous "Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy" episode, when Spongebob finds Mermaid Man's Belt, Spongebob mentions for 60 years it's been used to help protect. Although Barnacle Boy is Mermaid Man's sidekick (and a sidekick is usually younger), 8 years of age seems a little young to be a sidekick.

Correction: Actually while it may seem inconcievable, in the episode "Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy II" Mermaid Man talks about an young apprentice he once had who was as eager as Spongebob. Mermaid Man then holds up an photo of Barnacle Boy as a toddler in nappies. It could be then believed Barnacle Boy started training to be Mermaid Man's sidekick as soon as he was an appropriate age (in this case 8 years old).

Rat Race (2001)

Corrected entry: When Enrico gets hit by Wayne in Las Vegas, Wayne tells Enrico that he is headed for El Paso and that Silver City is on the way. The only way into Silver City from Las Vegas is on Highway 180. It would make more sense for Wayne to take the Interstate to El Paso [less changing of roads] rather than make many changes on smaller highways to drop Enrico off in Silver City - especially with his precious cargo [the heart] being transported and time being a factor.

Correction: There are many reasons why Wayne didnt take the main highway but the most logical is that he simply didn't know about that route. When he picks Enrico up we only know he is delivering a heart and might not be aware of the other routes except the one he is given or that he knows of.

Krusty Gets Busted - S1-E12

Corrected entry: During the trial, the prosecutor shows the court several betting slips that Krusty's used. Right before this, Krusty revealed he couldn't read or write - how would Krusty have known what to write on the slips?

DaveJB

Correction: The betting slips could simply be the records that the betting agency took down of Krusty when he bet on events (e.g. In Lisa the Greek Krusty phones in his bet to Moe on the football and tells him to record a bet for Sideshow Mel).

Toy Story 2 (1999)

Corrected entry: When Woody is talking to Bo Peep at the very end of the movie, you can see that there is a calendar and a lamp to the left of the window. They have magically disappeared by the time Wheezy launches into his song. (01:23:35)

Correction: They are both still there when Wheezy goes near the desk. Even in the mid-range shot you can see the corner of the calendar to the left of Bo Peep.

Toy Story 2 (1999)

Corrected entry: When the toys first enter the Pizza Planet truck to chase after Al, you can see that the glove box is already open, but then later during the chase it pops open (no bouncing of it involved, it opens with a full "click") and spills its contents on Hamm.

Correction: The glove box is on the right of the car and it's closed when they get in. What you see when they get in are some open compartments next to the steering wheel with maps, papers, junk etc. Later on in the scene the actual glove box opens on Hamm.
