Continuity mistake: Vader picks up the last Rebel with the Force and pulls him close. The Rebel's arms are stretched out behind him, locked straight at the elbows. Then, in the next shot, they are suddenly more out to his side and his arms are bent. (00:00:27)

Continuity mistake: For most of the episode, Vader's chest panel is correct for Episode 4: A New Hope, since this is a recreation of the Vader scene in Rogue One. With the green light on the top right and a red light just under it, with the red switch on the bottom left. When Vader is marching towards the last remaining Rebel, he suddenly has the Empire Strikes Back chest panel where the bottom red switch is on the same side as the green light. (00:00:23)

Continuity mistake: Once Vader starts to slash at the Rebels, he cuts down three of them. All three of them go flying backwards so that when they are on the ground, their heads would be pointed away from Vader and feet towards him. But just after Vader cuts down the 3rd, he uses the Force to pull other Rebels' blasters to him and there's a brief shot of one of the dead Rebels on the ground. But he's facing the wrong direction, with his head towards the direction Vader just came from. (00:00:18)

Continuity mistake: While Vader is swinging his lightsaber at the rebels, his chest plate is in the correct configuration for Episode 4: A New Hope, with a green light on the top right and a red light under it, with the red light/switch on the bottom being on the left side. But then, mid-attack, when he holds his arms out to use the Force, the bottom red light/switch suddenly moves to the right side like in Episodes 5 and 6 of the Star Wars movies. (00:00:16)

Continuity mistake: When Vader starts cutting through the Rebels, the panel on his chest has lights that are a green one on the top right, with a red light just below that. Continuity mistake: Just before Vader is revealed, the Rebel soldier on the left side of the tunnel with the mustache is shown holding his blaster with his right index finger on the trigger through the guard. Continuity mistake: In the shot of Teedo on his speeder with his two raider buddies chasing Rey, the paint and details on his speeder bike have shifted and changed since we saw his speeder sitting atop the dune, largely with where the paint has worn or peeled off. Also, the round structure on the back gains an extra detail like a hollow part in the metal. (00:01:09)

Continuity mistake: Mark tells Frank that one day the time will be right, and Frank is standing with his arms down at his side. Then in the next shot, his right arm is up more, with his hand propped on The Box on the table. (00:13:49)

Continuity mistake: In the Escape Ending, during the 1945 flash forward, after Arthur dies, his pocket watch is lying next to his hand, slightly off to the side and close to his fingers. Then, moments later, as the camera is pulling back from an overhead shot, the pocket watch moves further away from his hand and is more in line with his fingers.

Continuity mistake: After being attacked by a creature of some sort, Arthur wakes up a second time with a bottle in his hand. Angry, he throws it as hard as he can, and in the close-up, he is pulling back his right arm to throw. But in the next shot, he's swinging his left arm to throw the bottle.

Continuity mistake: After passing out drunk, Arthur wakes up on the floor with a beer bottle on the ground next to him. In the cut scene, he stands up and the bottle is still on the ground as he's standing. Then in the next shot, he looks at his hand and now the bottle is in his hand.

Continuity mistake: When the old lady holds out the bracelet she made from Experiment 606's ball, it suddenly gets much smaller in the close-up shot, having shrunk down. The other charms on the bracelet also change, and the position of her thumb moves. (00:01:50)

Continuity mistake: Blade kicks Buffy back in the bathroom, and she hits the wall next to a big smiley face and then slides down the wall a bit away from the smiley face. Then in the next shot, a close-up, she's suddenly leaning against the wall right on the smiley face. (00:21:15)

Continuity mistake: In the bathroom, Blade kicks Buffy between the legs and in the first shot, his foot makes contact. Then in the next shot, he's still bringing his leg up to kick, and we see it hit again, but it's the same kick. (00:21:13)
