Stewie is in a wagon beside the threshold of the door, and he turns his head to look at Lois next to him as she pushes Chris and Meg outside. In the next shot, suddenly Stewie is now directly in front of the door, with Lois in front of him, and his head has turned again. (00:15:50)

Yet a minute later, Lois pushes Stewie out the front door on a wagon, and he rolls down the walkway, crashing into some trashcans that have suddenly appeared behind the mailbox. Continuity mistake: When Lois is trying to Get Stewie to eat some cake, there is a bowl on the table with flowers. In most of the shots, the bowl has 4 flowers in it. Then after Chris walks in and sits down, Stewie exclaims that he's ready to eat his cake, and in a close-up suddenly there's 5 flowers in the bowl now. (00:11:25)

Continuity mistake: Lois hands Chris a plate of steamed vegetables at the dinner table, and he's holding a fork and knife. Just before she says, "Oh honey, it's good for you," Chris sets the fork down and has the knife lifted in the air. Then, in the next shot, suddenly the knife is on the table and he's using the fork on the food. Also, Lois goes from having her hand on his shoulder to her arms at her sides. (00:08:45)

Continuity mistake: As Peter is about to demonstrate what he'd do to embarrass Chris next to the diving board, there is a blond woman in a purple one-piece behind him as Meg walks up. He grabs his nipple/moob, and then in the close-up just before he licks it, suddenly the blonde woman vanishes, and the people behind him multiply. (00:06:55)

Continuity mistake: At the pool when Chris doesn't want to take his shirt off, Peter climbs out of the pool to ask if he's hiding bruises. Behind Peter is a blonde woman in a purple one-piece swimsuit standing next to a man in a green speedo. Then, after Lois walks up and is talking to him, the close-up of her shows a bunch of people behind her, including the same blonde woman in a purple one-piece now standing next to a different man in blue swim trunks. Continuity mistake: When Sandra calls Will about the storms, she says, "Hey, take a look at this," and then her camera feed becomes smaller to show him the storm. Will's position doesn't change, but in that moment, there is a jump cut with Sandra, her arms being extended to then down. A jump cut in a supposedly live call. (00:02:45)

Continuity mistake: When the kids are playing Duck Duck Goose, after it's Stewie's turn to be it, there's suddenly fewer kids in the circle. It's possible the darker-skinned boy is off screen on the right side; however, the girl on the left has fully vanished, with the kid in the orange shirt taking her place. (00:05:40 - 00:06:10)

Continuity mistake: When Big Fat Pauly is eating dinner with the family, the thermostat on the wall is solid white. A few scenes later, when Lois and Peter are talking at the table after Pauly's death, the thermostat is now grey with a blue and red dial. (00:09:55 - 00:14:10)

Continuity mistake: When Peter tells Lois he accidentally put a hit out on her after she sees Big Fat Tony dead in the newspaper, the paper is set on the table in front of Peter by a yellow box. During this conversation, the paper and the box keep disappearing or moving positions between shots over and over. Also, Peter's cup disappears in a couple of shots. (00:14:00)

Continuity mistake: During the taxi cutaway, the guy talking on the mic is in a booth with papers on the walls. The shot cuts to the guy in the white shirt at the table next to it, and suddenly the booth walls and papers are much larger. Also, the paper directly behind this guy goes from only partly covering the wall to nearly covering it fully and being end to end. (00:01:30)
