Continuity mistake: Chris is playing "Guess the word I'm thinking of" with Meg at the table, and they both have a plate and glass in front of them. In the next shot, when Peter walks in, Chris's plate, glass, and arm vanish from the table. (00:16:10)

Continuity mistake: The game has a regular day cycle shifting from night to day and back over a length of time. If you go into some buildings like Quarantine Zones, for example, the Stuffed Turtle mission, the windows on the inside of the building will always show daylight shining through. Even if you go into the Quarantine Zone mission while it's night outside.

Continuity mistake: During the song number when Mr Weed arrives, Stewie has a solo part as he starts to backwards crawl up the stairs. In one shot, he climbs up to the third step, but when the camera changes angles he is only on the second step.

Continuity mistake: When Stewie is thrown from the swing and lands in another little girl's stroller, the inside is suddenly much larger after Stewie lands in it when the camera changes angles to how big it was when he was flying towards it. It suddenly has enough room for Stewie to be lying beside the girl with room to spare while she is still in the center, when it was barely big enough for her alone before he landed.

Continuity mistake: When Sacagawea wakes up from her shipping container, the styrofoam popcorn comes out everywhere as she gets up. But moments before when it shows her being put into the box, there is no styrofoam, rather she's packed in with hay.

When Phil catches Gary and places his hand on him in this shot, Gary's face is pointed up towards the sky. Continuity mistake: Towards the end of the movie, when Josh and Holly are trying to escape in the car, a mutant is on the roof and starts melting its hand through the windshield to get at Josh. The mutant is leaning over the windshield with its hand sticking through a hole it melted in the glass. In the next shot as they round a corner, the mutant is suddenly towards the back of the roof of the car, just holding on without attacking the windshield. In the next shot, the hole is gone also from the glass. (01:25:45)

Continuity mistake: When Kumar gets out of the car to go pee, Harold pulls out his laptop. As he is leaning forward to pick it up, he is not wearing his glasses. He picks up the laptop with both hands and starts to open it, never having his hands have time to put on glasses but suddenly he has glasses on.

Continuity mistake: As Batman is walking through Arkham, he passes the Riddler's cell. Riddler leans up against the glass of his door with his hands against the glass near his face and mouth. When the angle changes to behind Riddler, suddenly his hands and arms are down more to chest level with his right hand outstretched towards the side of the door. (00:07:02)

On the screen, Hugo lifts up a glass to his mouth to take a drink, but when the camera cuts to a close up of the screen, suddenly his arm is lower, and he is once again lifting the glass to his face. Continuity mistake: Making his point to Peter, Brian smashes his Star Was glass on the floor which snaps Peter out of his stupor. The glass shattered into many pieces on the floor in front of Peter's chair. In the subsequent shots, the broken glass is nowhere to be seen on the floor. (00:18:02)

Stella is bending down to pick up the book in one shot, but the angle cuts while Chuck is still saying the word "go" and suddenly he has vanished from the room as the other two start to leave.
