Plot hole: The Tomb is supposed to be a top-secret off the grid prison that nobody is supposed to know about yet the schematics for the place are conveniently left available online such that a hacker can search for it with no problem, on top of that the fact that it's known on the outside world as "The Tomb" suggests it's more well-known to people that it should be.

Plot hole: Breslin is supposed to going to an off the grid prison, a place nobody is supposed to know about outside of the prison except for Clark, who is the only one who really knew where Breslin was being sent. So why in the world would there be a warden as the "contact on site" that Breslin would inform if things didn't go well? It also makes no sense that Breslin would have an evacuation code when his own people have absolutely no idea where in the world he could possibly be.

Plot hole: While I don't doubt Cortez put a lot of time in planning his escape from the FBI there's no way he could have predicted there would have been a police roadblock mere minutes from where he was.

Plot hole: Superman (or Kal-El) was a baby when his parents sent him away from Krypton before its destruction, and as Jor-El told his son in his first message he would have already been dead by then for thousands of Superman's years. Kara never existed during any of this yet so somehow she instantly recognizes him from the poster on the wall, even though she should have no idea who he is.

Plot hole: When MacGruder is alerted by the security guard about Taft accessing the restricted file, MacGruder somehow knows the file pertains to the purchase of the faulty equipment even though the guard never said what the file was about.

Plot hole: If Gru and Lucy are at the mall tracking down the bad guy and the minions have disappeared then who was watching the girls? Also how did the girls get to the mall in the first place?

Plot hole: Considering everything seen in the film is supposed to be told as a flashback through the narration of the Coldyron it's never explained how the conversation between the couple could even be in the film, since Coldyron wasn't a witness to it.

Plot hole: The school is supposed to be rundown and closed after ten years yet Marty somehow manages to get in, rig up all his traps (including the acid through the bath pipes), and setup the reunion supplies without the caretaker ever catching on to anything that's going on. It also begs the question if the caretaker was there the whole time until he was killed how did he not notice the other students waiting outside for several hours or their cars to ask what they were doing while outside?

Plot hole: During the climax with Van Helsing and the Kraken the writers of the film seemed to have forgotten about the powers Dracula has always had. At no point does his super speed or indestructibility ever come into play, he could have easily climbed up to the DJ booth and dealt with Van Helsing in seconds instead of going through the silly DJ battle.

Plot hole: Bratt's bubble gum is strong enough to withstand projectiles like bullets, lasers, and even strong enough to carry a tanker into the sky but can't withstand Gru's body weight when he crashes into it before "happy birthday Dan".

Plot hole: It's hard to believe that not one single civilian at the game (other than the main characters) is aware of what is going on outside. With hundreds of cops and paramedics surrounding the building and the explosions that happen during the game someone would have figured out something was up long before the end of the film.

Plot hole: Muir is retiring after 30 years with the C.I.A. You would think considering his years of service and the people he was working with (especially Troy) it would have already been known that he had been married only once and not four times like he was letting on.

Plot hole: After the police arrest Roberts he's flagged for a federal warrant, but Lamb and Barrows don't show up to inquire about him until long after the plane crash. Shouldn't they have been there to pick Roberts up at the police station instead of being sent immediately to a federal penitentiary?

Plot hole: During the intermission break of the championship game, Joe shouts about scouts from the NHL in the stands waiting to sign up the team. But Reggie is mystified about this before sending his team out to get rough again. Why doesn't the coach of his own team know about people from the NHL waiting to sign his players up?

Plot hole: When the lie about the team moving to Florida hits the public, nobody other than Ned Braden bothers to look into it. Even Joe, the general manager never asks where it came from, which would be something he would know about before the press did.

Plot hole: Apparently there is some confusion over the distance between Earth, Starbase 11, and Talos IV. When Spock first meets Pike on Starbase 11 he tells Pike Talos IV is only six days away. Yet when Pike (in the recording) speaks to the Talosians for the first time, he says he is from a star system on the other side of the galaxy. If Talos IV was on one side of the galaxy and Earth was on the other side, it would take hundreds of years at maximum warp to travel from one planet to the other.

Plot hole: Ash makes an effort to keep both the back and front doors closed so Cheryl can't get in, but nothing is stopping her from using the two broken windows.

Plot hole: An American battleship with an active supply of nuclear warheads on its missiles would in no way allow a helicopter full of strangers to land and deploy without those men being screened for any weapons by the security guards on the ship (even if Krill already knows).

Plot hole: If the mission of Spacecore 1 is to repair nuclear armed satellites orbiting high above the Earth, then what was the ship doing on the other side of the moon in the first place?

Plot hole: It makes no sense that NORAD would inform the media about the false missile attack since they know at that point it was a simulation and no real danger was at hand.
