Plot hole: While I don't doubt Cortez put a lot of time in planning his escape from the FBI there's no way he could have predicted there would have been a police roadblock mere minutes from where he was.
Suggested correction: Does he not have overheard access to the radio channel? Hence, he hears the conversation with Whittaker and the officers conducting the roadblock.
Question: Does the FBI officer sat in the front passenger seat of the prison truck survive when he jumps out of it as it's being lifted in the air? The shooter, who is stood on the roof of the FBI prison van, fatally shoots the driver through the top, and the front passenger jumps out and has a short fall onto the car roof below. Some resources are saying he dies on impact and counts as the body count, but others say that he survives.
