Plot hole: After the police arrest Roberts he's flagged for a federal warrant, but Lamb and Barrows don't show up to inquire about him until long after the plane crash. Shouldn't they have been there to pick Roberts up at the police station instead of being sent immediately to a federal penitentiary?

Continuity mistake: In the scene where they are talking to Snipes girlfriend. Downey says he killed them with his bare hands and shows her a picture of a guy shot twice in the chest.
Trivia: Robert Downey Jr. did not find making this film to be an enjoyable experience, and has referred to it as "possibly the worst action movie of all time."
