Blue Thunder (1983)

Corrected entry: When Alf Hewitt first introduces himself to Candy Clark at the TV station, look at the first shot where him, Clark and the evil government agent are standing together. You can see the front of a camera lens at the far right.

Gavin Jackson

Correction: Arguable. Since they are in a TV station it could be one of their cameras and not one used for making the movie.

Mister Ed

Corrected entry: Watch in slow-motion when Eddie's dog passes through the door to chase the squirrel. The door is actually broken before.

Dr Wilson

Correction: As per the rules of this site, watching in slow-mo does not qualify this as a valid mistake.

Crimson Tide (1995)

Correction: Not really trivia. More of a character mistake.

Mister Ed

Which is a weird mistake for the character to make. He describes Clark Cable and then offers Cary Grant. It's a much easier mistake to make about Burt Lancaster, the other star of "Run Silent, Run Deep." Could it have been an editing error? They talk about TWO stars in the first film they discuss. Perhaps they edited around this cut dialogue? "Clark Gable and? Cary Grant."

I would say you are correct about the Burt Lancaster part being edited out and nobody catching it.

Tango & Cash (1989)

Corrected entry: Perhaps the most obvious insider joke in Hollywood history: Sylvester Stallone joking about Rambo in the movie's beginning. (Policeman: "Who do you think you are? Rambo?" Tango: "Rambo, is a pussy.")

Correction: As you said, an obvious joke in fact too obvious to be trivia.

Mister Ed

Corrected entry: When Frank is hanging from the building after chasing Mitch, he becomes exhausted and is barely able to hold himself up. Mitch then takes Franks hand and throws him to safety without any struggle. Mitch is a smaller and lighter person than Frank. He could not have held Frank for the approximate 10 seconds and then with ease thrown him to the stairway platform.

Correction: We don't know what Mitch's strength or ability is to decide whether or not he can hold Frank's weight. Frank is 6'4" and slim and Mitch is 6'1" and stocky; so he very well could have held Frank and thrown him onto the stairs.

A Few Good Men (1992)

Corrected entry: The Judge who presides over the court martial is played by the same actor who played the judge in the court martial of the A-Team.

Correction: Hardly trivia. He has also played a military person in several other movies such as Air Force One which isnt really trivia.

A Few Good Men (1992)

Corrected entry: The man who Demi Moore (Jo) first addresses the case to, and tells her she's "too important at her current assignment" also plays a Naval lawyer of high rank on the TV show Jag.

Correction: Not really trivia. Many actors play the same kind of role in different shows like good guy or bad guy.

Air Force One (1997)

Corrected entry: Xander Berkeley plays a turncoat government agent assisting terrorists attempting to assassinate the President. In 2003, Berkeley married "24" co-star Sarah Clarke, who played a similar character on the show.

Correction: Not really trivia.

Mister Ed

Corrected entry: When Marty is recovering from being hit by the car, his mom continually refers to him as Calvin. When Marty asks why, she responds "Well thats your name isn't it? Calvin Klein. It's written all over your underwear." But when Marty puts his pants on, we see his purple underwear and there is nothing written on them.

Gavin Jackson

Correction: The writing is on the waistband of the underwear which is covered by Marty's shirt. If you watch in slow-mo Marty lifts part of his shirt for a split second and you can see something written on them.

Air Force One (1997)

Corrected entry: In the scene where the special forces guys enter the presidential palace in Kazakstan, they go to turn off the electricity. However, the electricity goes off before they throw the switch.

Correction: The special forces guy pulls two main electric switches. The first switch is hard to see but he pulls the first and some of the lights go out then he pulls the second switch and everything goes out.

Knight Rider (1982)

Show generally

Corrected entry: Across episodes, especially the earlier ones, the color of the lights around KITT's voice modulator change. Sometimes they are all red, sometimes the top four (AIR, OIL, S1, and S2) are orange while the lower four (P1, P2, P3, and P4) are red, and so on. Most notable is S1 and S2 trading colors with P1 and P2.

Correction: Yes they do change between some episodes. That is because in many episodes Bonnie installs some new device into KITT or makes some change to him or rebuilds him or something like that. Thats why they change.

Mister Ed

Corrected entry: When Zavitz is looking through the videotape from the lake, it is first black & white when there are just some birds. But when the killing on the other side of the lake is shown, the video suddenly turns to colour.

Correction: Zavitz is watching the video with two seperate windows on his computer. The NSA agents who raided his home said he had digital compression equipment so Zavitz could have set the "main" video in B&W and color in the window he zoomed in on.

Mister Ed

Corrected entry: When Gene Hackman is in the lift stripping bugs from Will Smith the surveillance van moves to get a better position. As it pulls out it clearly hits a parked car on its right side. When the van is next seen turning a corner to get the better position there is not even a scratch on the side of the vehicle.

Correction: The vehicle the van hits has plastic bumpers and may have just bounced off, plus, the shot of the van turning afterwards is too dark and too short for us to see any damage.

The Fugitive (1993)

Corrected entry: When Kimble reaches the hospital the first time he takes a box and carries it inside, as if he is one of the delivery guys. Why does nobody notice him? Wouldn't the delivery men see that he isn't one of them? And wouldn't people notice his unkempt appearance and ask questions of him?

Correction: This is not a plot hole. The hospital is busy, with many other people walking around, and as we learn from his colleagues throughout the movie, Dr. Kimble is very smart and he would not do anything to draw attention to himself. Also, Kimble looks at the delivery truck (presumably to see if the driver sees him) before grabbing the box and entering the hospital.

The Client (1994)

Corrected entry: The attorney in the opening sequence waves around and eventually shoots himself with a Ruger SP-101 revolver. The police describe it as a Smith and Wesson. In the United States the police know the difference. If nothing else the brand is inscribed on the frames.

Correction: When do the police call it a Smith & Wesson? All I could find is when FBI Agent Lawrence Truman calls it a "cheap snub-nosed .38", there is no error here.

Another 48 Hrs. (1990)

Corrected entry: In the scene after the boarding room shootout, Angel was in the back of a police car. Murphy and Nolte entered the car to question the woman, then exited the vehicle without assistance. Police cars' back doors do not open from the inside - the linkage rods are removed prior to service.

Correction: This is not always true. When I was a police officer some of the cars had a switch on the drivers door that would allow the back doors to be opened from the inside.

Mister Ed

Corrected entry: At one point a pickup truck jumps a freight train. While the pickup is in the air, you can see a crew member standing by the train.

Correction: The person we see is not a crew member. It is one of the several construction workers we see as the truck is jumping.

K-9 (1989)

Corrected entry: The scene where Belushi pretends to be blind in the posh restaurant/bar & Jerry Lee starts to drink his Iced Tea through a straw, you can hear the drink being consumed, but the level of liquid does not change in the glass.

Correction: This, as well as many other scenes with the dog, were done deliberatly as a joke. Like many times you hear dog sounds but the dog doesn't act like the sounds.

A Few Good Men (1992)

Corrected entry: At the end of the scene where Danny and Sam are walking down the street pushing Sam's child in a stroller they are both on the sidewalk. Danny opens his car door and looks back at Sam and Sam is now up a flight of stairs with the stroller.

Correction: There is a short amount of time Sam is out of the picture and it is long enough for him to have carried the stroller up the steps.

Superman II (1980)

Corrected entry: In the scene at the Fortress of Solitude near the end, Lex Luthor mentions that Superman was safe in the chamber while the lights were on out of the chamber. How would he know, since Lois was the one to see Superman give up his powers for her by entering the chamber earlier in the movie?

Correction: Lex figured it out when Superman exited the chamber and broke General Zods hand. He even said "He switched it. He did to them. The lights were on out here, while he was safe in there."
