Continuity mistake: As Jack shows Dylan the cards (before throwing them at him), Dylan then says "Really?" And we can see there is already a huge red scratch on his cheek, which isn't caused until the cards are thrown. It couldn't have been from when Jack threw the flash paper at Dylan because no scratch mark was visible when that happened. (01:18:50)
Continuity mistake: After Dylan and Jack have ran out of the apartment, Fuller tries to free himself from the jacket stuffed down the garbage disposal. While doing this, he is inside the sink, then leaps out onto the floor. He is standing upright when he leaps out of the sink, but when the shot cuts, he is leaning forwards. (01:19:06)
Continuity mistake: When Jack jumps into the garbage chute, Dylan places his left hand on the wall above the chute when he reaches the bottom of the staircase. When the shot cuts, his left hand is placed on the pipe above the garbage chute. (01:19:12)
Continuity mistake: When Dylan and Jack land on the mattress at the bottom of the garbage chute, Jack picks up some papers and leaps over Dylan. When this happens, they are surrounded by garbage bags, but there are no bags on the mattress. A few seconds later, after Jack runs away, a garbage bag has suddenly appeared on the mattress in front of Dylan. (01:19:39)
Continuity mistake: When Jack is about to flee in the FBI car, Dylan runs up to the car and places both of his hands on the front passenger-side window. When the shot cuts, his left hand is placed on top of the car. (01:20:51)
Continuity mistake: When Jack is being chased by Dylan and Alma, he drives onto a sidewalk and knocks into two bikes. He continues driving and most of the two bikes slide off the car, leaving one of the bike wheels stuck to the bumper. In the next shot, almost the entire bike is still stuck to the bumper. (01:22:10)
Continuity mistake: There's a space issue with the scenes of the safe in the truck. They show Agent Fuller coming around on the (viewer's) left side of the safe to show the Horsemen video. However, when we first see the safe in the truck, there is absolutely no way a man of Fuller's size can fit in the gap between the safe and truck wall. (01:22:35)
Continuity mistake: On the bridge, as Dylan and Alma chase Jack, a bus drives in the way of Jack's car. When Jack's car is shown again, a quick shot from the front of the bus is shown. Although the light reflects on the window and we can't see the driver, we can see, just for a moment, that there are hardly any passengers on the bus. Later on, when Thaddeus is explaining how the Horsemen faked Jack's death, Merritt is shown to have been the driver of the bus, and in the passenger seats are dummies, rather than the almost empty bus shown before. Continuity mistake: When the car crashes on the bridge, it slides against the barrier on the middle of the road and flips over. As it slides, the bus on the next lane is seen to be more ahead of the car. The shot then cuts to Fuller yelling out "Oh, shit!" and it cuts back to he car flipping over. Only now, the bus is suddenly right next to the car, ready to drive past it. (01:23:50)
Continuity mistake: When Jack's car is crashing on the bridge, there is a shot where the car stops flipping and comes to a stop. The shot cuts to Dylan and Alma in the car, but when the shot cuts back, the car is still flipping. (01:24:00)
Continuity mistake: When the car blows up, visible to the right of the car is a tyre that fell off during the crash. The explosion is then seen going over the tyre. When the fire clears the tyre isn't there anymore, but it reappears a few shots later. (01:24:40)
Plot hole: Jack's death is reported on a news broadcast which is viewed by the three other Horsemen. They are looking really shocked and upset by the news. But they are fully aware of the fact that Jack is currently alive, so why look shocked? They were the only people in that room they were in at that current moment whilst watching the news, so there was no-one there to try and fool. Extended version. (01:25:10 - 01:44:30)
Continuity mistake: When Cowan is showing Alma the video of the Elkhorn safe on the laptop, he says, "Here's the safe," and begins moving his hand over to the other laptop. In the next shot, his hand is suddenly back over the laptop that had the Elkhorn safe video on it. (01:26:44)
Continuity mistake: When Cowan is telling Dylan about the Elkhorn safe, whilst he is saying "The money's in a vault inside a warehouse in Queens," he is looking at Dylan. But in the next shot, Cowan is looking at the laptop. (01:27:01)
Continuity mistake: Dylan receives a cut on his cheek and neck during his fight with Jack. While speaking with Alma shortly before going to the Elkhorn building, the cuts appear to be faded. But in the following scene, after they have discovered the Elkhorn safe has been removed from the building, the cuts are bloodier. (01:27:45 - 01:29:37)
Continuity mistake: When the Horsemen are filming the 5 Pointz video, Daniel begins to say why they are there and is interrupted by Merritt who then says the exact same thing. When Merritt starts speaking, Daniel can be seen smirking. But from a sudden shot of the POV of the camera, Daniel isn't smirking. Extended version. (01:28:50)
Continuity mistake: When the FBI agents start running after realising the Elkhorn safe is missing, Evans can be seen positioned close to the other agents and is aligned with two armed men. In the next shot, he is running further ahead than the other agents by at least a metre. (01:29:20)
Continuity mistake: When Dylan, Fuller and Cowan watch the Horsemen's YouTube video, the time on the bar at the bottom of the video reads the clip had been going for 2 minutes and 50 seconds just as Merritt finishes saying "We cannot quit now." The shot cuts to Dylan, Fuller and Cowan and doesn't cut back to the video for a good 5 seconds. But when the shot cuts back, it can be seen only 1 second has passed. (01:31:05)
Continuity mistake: Whilst watching the Horsemen's YouTube video in the back of the truck, in the shot of Henley saying "Remember the name Jack Wilder when you see us live. 5 Pointz, Queens, seven o'clock," Dylan can be seen in the corner of the frame, with his hand away from his face. The shot then cuts to focus on Dylan and Cowan, and Dylan's right hand is suddenly over his mouth. (01:31:12)
Continuity mistake: When the truck arrives at 5 Pointz, it rattles when it stops, prompting Dylan to put his left hand on the inside door. His hand appears to be level with his shoulders at first, but when the shot cuts, his hand is much higher up, before moving it away from the door. (01:32:00)
