Audio problem: When Claire and Marleen return from lunch and both are greeting baby Joe, you can hear him screaming his head off. However, when Claire hands him back to Peyton, you see his face and he is not distressed at all (even though you can still hear the crying). (00:44:05 - 01:00:05)

Audio problem: In scenes where Claire has "asthma" attacks, there are noticeable instances where her movements and facial expressions don't match the audio of her vocal reactions (such as wheezing), showing that it was recorded.
Answer: Claire had called 911 but she couldn't talk. I'm sure their city had enhanced 911 coverage so they knew where the call was coming from and sent paramedics.
