Continuity mistake: Rosemary takes out a Scrabble game from the book shelf to try to figure out what the anagram means. If you look at the lamp in the center of the shot you'll notice that it's behind the chess set on the table. No one goes near it but later in the scene the lamp has been moved to the right of the chess set. (01:28:25 - 01:29:40)
Continuity mistake: Rosemary takes out the Scrabble game from the book shelf and we see a statue on the table to the left of the lamp. In all of the close-up shots of her face this statue is not there, then later in the scene it returns again. (01:28:25)
Visible crew/equipment: After the party Rosemary and Guy have a fight when she tells him that she wants to go to Dr. Hill for a second opinion. At the end of the scene she sits down and says "it's alive" and you can see a shadow of the crew behind her to the right moving against the wall. (01:21:25)
Continuity mistake: Guy talks about Hutch and says to Rosemary who's lying in bed, "I think those boys adventure stories are going to his head". The pile of magazines to her right moves toward the edge of the night table between shots without being touched. (01:09:10)
Continuity mistake: Hutch calls and wants to speak to Rosemary who is lying down in bed reading a book. After the conversation Guy asks her, "What was that?" and the book she was reading is now flipped over and underneath the phone. (01:09:10)
Revealing mistake: Rosemary waits for Hutch at the Time Life Building and a crowd of bystanders can be seen watching the filming as she stands up when she thinks she sees him walking towards her. (01:10:50)
Continuity mistake: Hutch pays Rosemary a visit and is shocked by her appearance as they sit and talk in the living room. If you look closely there are two cushions placed between the record player and the record holder on the left in the screen. Two shots later when Roman walks into the room there's one cushion there and Hutch didn't move. (01:02:25)
Continuity mistake: Roman walks into the living room and sees Hutch sitting there on the couch. If you look closely at the window all the pillows have been moved slightly, with the pillow on the right now partially covered by the drape. (01:03:25)
Continuity mistake: Hutch calls wanting to speak to Rosemary who's lying down on the right side of the bed. Guy brings in the phone and places it on the bed for her. When he puts it down the blanket on the left side is perfectly smoothed and tucked in but when he takes the phone back from her the blanket is messed up, and she hasn't gone near that side of the bed. (01:08:30)
Revealing mistake: After meeting Roman, Hutch and Rosemary talk about things as they have coffee in her kitchen. If you look out the window the backdrop has no buildings and the sky is black and white. (01:05:40)
Continuity mistake: Rosemary feels ill and walks into the bedroom during the Scrabble game. Guy doesn't move from his spot but when she walks back in a small yellow sculpture of a bird appears on the table to the right of the screen. (01:00:50)
Continuity mistake: Rosemary asks Guy if he would like to have some coffee with her and Hutch and proceeds to pour him a cup. In the next shot the coffee is already on the table. (01:06:10)
Continuity mistake: Roman walks into the living room and Hutch is sitting on the couch. He doesn't move from his spot but just about everything on and around Hutch moves, but most noticeable are the three ottomans around the coffee table. (01:03:20)
Continuity mistake: Hutch and Roman talk about vitamins and Dr. Sapirstein in Rosemary's living room. Look at the brown chair to the right of the window, it's obvious someone's been sitting in it as the back is all ruffled up. In the previous shot before Roman walks into the room it's not. (01:04:15)
Visible crew/equipment: After Rosemary calls Hutch and finds out he's ill in the hospital she walks next to some parked cars and you can see the reflection of the crew and the stage lights on the sides of the vehicles. (01:12:05)
Continuity mistake: The phone rings while Rosemary straightens up the living room. Guy answers it and after the conversation they both go back into living room. No one has gone near them but the pillow on the left of the window and the magazine rack below it have been moved. In fact they move three different times. (00:33:35 - 00:35:05)
Continuity mistake: Rosemary tries Minnie's mousse and the pillow against the window and the curtain above it move during the scene without anyone going near them. (00:39:40)
Continuity mistake: Guy answers the phone and gets shocking news about Donald Baumgart. If you look closely at their bed it's been moved about one foot to the right in relation to the radiator behind it. We saw it several shots before as Rosemary says, "Tannis, anyone?". (00:33:50)
Continuity mistake: Rosemary doesn't want to wear the necklace that Minnie gave her so she puts it in a drawer in her dresser as she says, "Tannis anyone?". When she walks up to the dresser there's a red handbag on the right of it that's not there in the close-up shot as she looks in the mirror. (00:33:15)
Visible crew/equipment: As Rosemary and Guy sit in front of the fireplace on their romantic evening together the shadow of the cameraman can be seen slowly creeping in on Guy's shirt as he sits on the side of the couch. (00:38:00)
Chosen answer: It doesn't have a specific title. It was a lullaby written for the film by Krzysztof Komeda. There's a few variations of the lullaby heard throughout the film, the opening credits version is listed as "Rosemary's Baby Main Theme - Vocal."
