The gangster rolls up the window and the shot cuts to the Horsemen. Daniel is shown looking towards Merritt, but when Allen says "or not" in the next shot, Daniel is suddenly looking at Allen. Continuity mistake: While Chase and Merritt are drinking in the bar, in one shot Chase is wearing sunglasses, in the next shot the sunglasses have disappeared. (00:48:10)
Continuity mistake: At the launch party, Dylan is holding a playing card with 'The Fool' written on it. Dylan turns the card around whilst holding the card on the right hand side. From a different shot, he is holding the left hand side.
Continuity mistake: In Dylan's first scene, he walks into a meeting room at the FBI and requests a minute with the director. During this, Dylan has a mug in his left hand and a file in his right hand. There is a long shot in this scene, with the shot several meters from Dylan, where the file is suddenly in his left hand. Then in the next shot of Dylan after that, the file is suddenly back. (00:07:20)
Continuity mistake: When Jack is showing Merritt how to throw cards, just after he throws the last card, Merritt says "Not bad" looking straight forward at the card, but in the next shot, Merritt is looking at Jack. (00:12:40)
Continuity mistake: When the security guard at the OCTA launch finds the Evans Mental Facility wristband on the CCTV guard's wrist, the wristband and wrist are pointed away from the CCTV guard's face, but in the next shot, the wristband and wrist is directly facing the CCTV guard. (00:18:10)
Continuity mistake: When Daniel is performing in London, there is a wide angle shown in the scene, with Daniel under blue lighting. In all other shots in the scene, he is under white stage light. (01:34:10)
Continuity mistake: Jack is shown wearing a security guard uniform throughout the entire infiltration of the launch party. When the party has been intercepted and Jack is exposed to everyone, he is still shown wearing the security guard uniform, but when the Horsemen are on the roof minutes later, Jack is suddenly back to wearing his leather jacket and T-shirt. Even if this is needed for the story and some time had passed between scenes for him to change, Jack was being chased by the FBI and was in a hurry to escape the building, so he would not have had anytime to change back, nor would he have risked wasting any time changing his clothes anyway. Continuity mistake: When Thaddeus is speaking to Dylan at the observatory, in the shot where Thaddeus says "You had let go of your thirty vendetta against me, for your Horsemen," Dylan is shown standing upright. In the next shot, his head is tilted to the left. (01:56:50)
Continuity mistake: When Dylan comes across a picture of his father, in the shot focusing on the picture, he places his hand on the top left-hand corner of the picture frame. When the shot cuts to focus on Dylan, his hand is no longer touching the top left-hand corner of the picture frame. (01:55:13)
Continuity mistake: When Dylan shows Natalie the drive containing all of Walter and Tressler's dealings, in the shot focusing on Natalie, he can be seen closing the fingers in his left hand into a fist. When the shot cuts to focus on Dylan, the fingers in his left hand are not closed into a fist. (01:52:55)
Continuity mistake: When Walter removes the card from the case after Daniel gives it to him, there is a close-up of the card in his hand. His hand is raised so that the palm of his hand is facing towards him. But in the next shot, his hand has turned around with the dorsal side of his hand facing towards him. (01:43:30)
Continuity mistake: When Daniel reveals the case containing the card to Walter, his fingers are all bent and spread apart. When the shot cuts, his fingers are straight and close together. (01:43:25)
Continuity mistake: Dylan tricks one of Walter's men into running into a glass window. Once the glass shatters, he has his left hand over his mouth (before beginning to lower it), and his right arm is lowered. When the shot cuts, he has both hands closed into fists and raised to his stomach. (01:12:22)
Continuity mistake: When Dylan finds the safe that his father used while in the magic shop, he has his right hand placed on the top of the safe. In the next shot, he opens the safe, but his forearm cannot be seen next to his face, like it was in the previous shot, indicating his hand is not on top of the safe. (01:05:48)
Continuity mistake: When Daniel is being given a pat down by the security guard, there is a shot where Lula is shown in the background and is the focus of the shot. She has her arms raised, but when it cuts to a closer shot of her, her arms are lowered. A security guard also appears behind her when the shot cuts. (00:59:40)
Continuity mistake: When Merritt sneezes, he says, "I must be allergic to something in here," and turns his head around to face one of the security guards. In the next shot, he is suddenly looking straight forwards at Allen. (00:57:23)
Continuity mistake: When Allen mentions an email that Lula sent, Daniel is shown turning his head to the right to look at Merritt and Jack in a moment of confusion. It then cuts to a closer shot of Daniel and Lula, where Daniel's head is suddenly turned to the left to face Lula. (00:55:07)
Continuity mistake: While on the plane, Dylan walks over to Thaddeus' seat to berate him. In the shots focusing on Thaddeus, Dylan has his hand placed on the top of the seat, but in the shots focusing on Dylan, his hand cannot be seen on the top of the seat. (00:51:05)
Continuity mistake: When Dylan and Thaddeus are first seen inside the plane, Thaddeus says, "I've had ample time to do some research and you know..." while leaning forward in the seat he is sitting in. When the shot cuts, he is leaning back against the seat. (00:49:25)
