Continuity mistake: He cuts a hole in her pants for insemination. When in the car moments before fighting the dog there is no hole.
Continuity mistake: It was briefly stated in the second film that the T-Virus was created by Dr. Ashford to cure his daughter Angela and that the Red and White Queens were based on her. This movie contradicts that by suggesting that Dr. Marcus created the T-Virus to cure his daughter Alicia, and that the Red/White Queens were modeled after her. While the rest of the movie stays true to the continuity of the previous films, this rather obvious ret-con is still a major continuity gaff.

Continuity mistake: When Maddie is coming up with an ending to her novel, she opens one of the ending drafts. Not long after opening the draft, she decides to go on facetime and make a call, whilst the draft is still open, then the man she is trying to contact calls her back. She then closes the laptop and tidies up. When she returns and opens up the laptop, the draft that was just shown on the laptop has become a completely different one. (00:10:10 - 00:14:25)
Continuity mistake: When Nancy is surfboarding, she is going to ride her last wave for the day. When she is waiting for her last wave, the ocean appears to be calm, but when it cuts to the very far 3rd person view a big wave pops up on the screen. When it cuts back the wave has disappeared.
Continuity mistake: When Seok-woo gets tackled by a soldier zombie at Daejeon Station, when he is first shown on the floor, he places his hands on the soldier's shoulders to keep him away from him. His hands are shown pressed against the shoulders in the first shot. When the camera changes to a different angle, his right hand is suddenly grabbing onto his clothing. (00:45:24)
Continuity mistake: Early in the film, Lockhart tells his driver to take him to a hotel, and they start down a winding Alpine mountain road before suddenly slamming into a deer. The Mercedes sedan goes off the road, airborne, into the forest, rolling many times before crashing down hard on its side. But, when the camera cuts back to the mortally-injured deer in the road, we see the Mercedes is wrecked on the road shoulder only about 30 feet away from the animal.

Continuity mistake: Jane is back at the dinner table after supposedly recovering from her illness. In the wide shot of the room, Mrs. Bennet says "I know of no-one who is coming." Mr Bennet at the other end of the table is sitting back, hands off the table. But, he answers in a close-up, where he is buttering his toast. (00:32:35)
Continuity mistake: The close-up view of the five stones on the rock was different from the distant view. The shape of the larger rock they were on had a dip in it (left-center) and had a bigger arc to the right. The five stones were arranged (spaced) differently even after accounting for the different angles and distances at which Mikey saw them. For example, the two stones on the left side were further apart and the two stones on the right side lined up more vertically. (00:06:13)
Continuity mistake: While Eddie performs "Hot Patootie", he's seated on the motorcycle with Columbia for a bit, and when Eddie stands up he's holding the mic in his left hand, but as he walks up the steps it's in his right hand, then next shot when he's facing Frank-N-Furter the mic is in Eddie's left hand, and next shot it's back to his right hand again.
Continuity mistake: As Madea passes by to go up the stairs, Joe's hands are both on his cane. A second later, his left hand is off it.
Continuity mistake: When we first see Emma in the hallway outside the morgue, she is wearing pantyhose. When she walks into the morgue, the hose are gone and her legs are bare.
Continuity mistake: When Paul gave water to Karen her mouth is very bloody - in the next shot her mouth is completely clean. (01:00:55)
Continuity mistake: The chef at the airport stabs someone, but the knife blade is clean afterwards; moments later he stabs it through the valise, and it is covered in blood.
Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the movie, the hunter is looking for his dog. The rifle on his shoulder keeps changing position, being upside down or not - which is easy to spot because of the big scope. (00:01:30)
Suggested correction: If no subject is given the first sentence of the E-mail will be displayed instead. RE: No Subject means it's a reply to an earlier E-mail that also lacked a subject.
