Corrected entry: Arya was last seen riding a horse out of King's Landing at the end of the previous episode. But at the beginning of this one she is suddenly back in the city again, wandering around on foot.
Corrected entry: When Jack reveals that he never fell off the Hollywood sign, a crew member wearing black can be seen hanging in a safety harness on the right of the screen.
Correction: The man in black is just Dolph Gruber coming down from the helicopter to congratulate Kim.
Corrected entry: Where do the resistance fighters get their weapons? They have carried Russian AK series, German UMP's, American M4's and M16's and Israeli Galil series just to name a few. While they might have salvaged the M4's and M16's from US military sources, it is highly unlikely they would find foreign assault rifles and ammunition in the Northeastern United States. That area of the US is notorious for its strict gun control laws.
Correction: This is not a plot hole or error, if anything, it's a question. First off, show starts 6 months after the alien invasion; plenty of time for various guns to be moved to the Boston area. Second, many of the fighters were ex-military or ex-police, who would have access to weapons, even in an anti-gun region. Third, we're told a lot of the guns come from Alex Vlensa, a paranoid gun collector who had a vast variety of guns. There are several additional reasons and ways they get foreign weaponry.
Corrected entry: When Anna arrives at Prince Charming's door, she asks if his name is David and he confirms. David is his post-curse name. At that time, he would have gone by James. (00:01:30)
Correction: As explained in 2-13 "Tiny", Prince Charming's real name is David, the same as his Storybrooke counterpart during Regina's curse. As seen in 1-6 "The Shepherd", James is the name of Charming's twin brother, who was adopted by King George. After Prince James died, Charming was forced to take his place, and therefore adopted the name James.
Clear and Wesen Danger - S5-E2
Corrected entry: When Adalind gets worried about what her son will become she asks if he might be "A Hexengrimm or Gimmabiest." Since he is male the correct reference would have been a Zaubergrimm. (00:32:40)
Correction: They weren't being serious with the names, plus since they don't know the true name this shouldn't be considered a mistake.
Corrected entry: Carrie was 13 weeks pregnant, according to the doctor. Then Brody comes back, Saul has a plan, Brody gets training for several weeks (don't know the exact number but I think it was 19 weeks?). After his training, ready to go for his mission, Carrie still shows no signs of being pregnant and is only at 15 weeks. By this point she should be 32 weeks (and visibly) pregnant.
Correction: Brody didn't have training for several weeks. He had several days. The mission had to be completed before Lochart took office.
Moody Foodie - S2-E7
Corrected entry: When the mailman notices the Moody Foodie has been taken hostage, he screams but his mouth doesn't move until way after he starts screaming.
Correction: The Moody Foodie is the one screaming, not the mailman. The mailman just opens his mouth in shock.
Corrected entry: When Shaw is released from the trunk of the kidnapper's car, she slams him in the face with a tyre iron and then, using her teeth, easily frees herself from the duct tape binding her hands. Why didn't she free herself from the tape while in the trunk?
Correction: We don't know much about the situation. Shaw is unconscious when she'd loaded into the car; she may only have woken up as the car drew to a halt. If so, given the reasonable assumption that the boot would be opened within seconds, her priority would be to arm herself, rather than spending valuable seconds freeing her hands, particularly as having her hands bound would in no way impede her ability to swing the tyre iron.
Corrected entry: When Lipp goes to file the will and is told that another will was filed already a year earlier and that will supersedes his, that is incorrect. A later will always supersedes an earlier will.
Correction: That's not what happened at all. Patrick filed the will early that day, not last year. Lipp dated his forged will as 2006. Patrick's forged will was "dated last year." Patrick's will supersedes Lipp's because it's the later will date-wise and has nothing to do with being filed first.
Corrected entry: The whole blackmailing episode is based on Kenny watching illegal underage videos. But "they" recorded Kenny with his own webcam, so how would they know what kind of material he was watching? Sure, they can also record his screen using the virus on the notebook, but then they would have to compose both streamings in a single video, and that would be easily deniable. How do they want to prove he was actually watching that illegal stuff and not something which was added in editing?
Correction: You don't need a record a screen to prove that a computer was accessing illegal content. They would have his internet history, names of files and the IP address of his computer, along with the video of him. When this information was passed to the police, they would seize the computer (shown at the end of the episode) and subsequently find the files he had accessed. Additionally, they don't need to send all of this to Kenny, he just has to believe that they have the evidence. That would be enough for him to obey them. Even if the evidence regarding his online activity is not enough for him to be convicted, there is also a video of him murdering a man.
PerformANTs - S1-E22
Corrected entry: When Chyna and Fletcher are looking at candles, Chyna says the flavor is "vanilla death" but, if you look at the bottom of the candle, there's no writing.
Correction: I've seen candles with the scent and manufacturer stamped into the bottom of the candle, rather than on a sticker on the bottom. A stamp in the wax would not be visible to the camera, but would be visible to the characters.
Rubber Man - S1-E8
Corrected entry: Tate retrieving the rubber suit from the garbage can could not have happened because the spirits trapped in the house weren't allowed to go past the gate, and the garbage can was on the side of the road.
Correction: It is not the gate they cannot pass, it is the tree line (property line) If you notice when Violet tries to escape, she makes it past the gate but does not return until she is about to hit the street. It is also why Constance tries to get Addy to the tree lawn before she died, being on the property is enough to keep you there.
Corrected entry: In the close captions (Prime Video) Goodman on the boat in the dark says "So much that Nancyand I are going to do together", missing a space. (00:21:50)
Correction: While subtitles on an official DVD normally count as a mistake, on streaming services I'd be more tolerant, because that's more Amazon's responsibility, and they're often corrected once alerted to the problem.
Will remember that in the future! Thanks. I understand the part about the fact that it's easy for them to fix and therefore the mistake could be corrected very easily (although I could take a screenshot, which is hardly worth the hassle for very minor mistakes of this nature) and is in fact corrected if reported (that's a bit like bugs submissions for games tho?), not sure about the responsibilities, since DVD subtitles too are normally done by external companies as well.
True, I guess my attitude has generally been that by the time it's crystallised onto a DVD it's been signed off by the distributor/filmmakers, and the whole thing is sort of a package, whereas if Amazon/Netflix get the subtitles wrong or make a strange edit, etc. that's more a one-off, plus can be fixed after the fact. Grey area though!
Corrected entry: Zoe introduces herself to the nurse who she worked with in the previous episode as if they had never seen each other.
Correction: "Faith and Infidelity" (production code 2J6154) was produced prior to "In Havoc and Heat" (production code 2J6155). They were just released out of order, but that doesn't create mistakes in the show.
Corrected entry: Jim Shannon is up on the fence surrounding Terra Nova, cutting vines with a machete in his left hand. A mega-millipede is approaching from the right: Jim is startled and falls off the fence. But surprise, there's no sign of any machete anywhere around him. Safety first.
Correction: The fence constructed at an angle (i.e. slanting away from inside the compound). Knowing that he is about to fall Jim pushed himself away from the fence to fall clear of the fence, dropping the machete at the same time. It must have fallen through the fence. Like you said, safety came into Jim's mind knowing to fall clear of the machete and the fence.
And the High Holidays - S2-E12
Corrected entry: During the open, there is a tray holding two cupcakes in front of Max and Caroline, and Max removes one to put it in a box. The shot changes to a close up of Max during which her arm moves one time. The shot changes back to in front of them and now there are five cupcakes on the tray and Max removes one to put in the box.
Correction: After Caroline makes her little dance, she actually make TWO movements to her right. The first she picks up two cupcakes and then reaches for the last one with her right hand [while looking at Max]. 2 [on tray in front] + 2 + 1 = 5.
Corrected entry: Emily says her sister taught her how to ignore insults and put-downs so the Nighlok's comments had no effect on her; but when Mike makes a comment about her putting herself down, she cries and runs away.
Correction: Mia points out that Mike's comments can hurt Emily's feelings since they are close friends.
Mike's Pole - S2-E11
Corrected entry: When the youngest daughter Eve gets her ROTC uniform it is Army, but she says she wants to be the first female Marine sniper.
Correction: High School JROTC units are "sponsored" by one service-Navy/Marine Corps, Air Force, or Army. Her particular school's program was apparently Army affiliated. My own son's JROTC unit was Navy/USMC and he ended up going Army.
Correction: This episode doesn't continue in the very same spot that the previous ended, so there was enough time for Arya to step off the horse and walk around the ruins.
