Continuity mistake: At breakfast, the morning after Maria has just arrived at her Uncle's house, the uncle calls Maria's father a coward. He has a glass of brown drink in his hand. He's just taken a drink and the glass is 3/4 full. Maria angrily refutes that her father was a hero and the glass, still in his hand, is now full to the brim. (00:19:20)
Visible crew/equipment: When SFC William James goes through the plastic sheeting to see a dead body on the table, you can see an ungloved, crew member's hand open the entrance for him. (01:20:40)
Continuity mistake: On the morning of July 20, Stauffenberg cuts himself while shaving, leaving a noticeable mark on his neck. After he arms the bomb at the Wolf's Lair, the cut disappears. (01:02:40 - 01:06:15)
Continuity mistake: When Po is trying to get into the ceremony at the beginning of the film, the fireworks attached to his chair explode and leave him with dirty white fur. After he clears the gate and gets inside to the ceremony his white fur is completely clean again.
Visible crew/equipment: Near the beginning of the movie, Lucy and Susan run across the street and go into the subway. As they're crossing the street you can see the camera boom's reflection on the back of the black car. (00:09:25)
Continuity mistake: In the first meeting room at the Russian Embassy, the picture behind Linda and Chad changes from a blue framed portrait of what looks like Yeltsin to a portrait of Putin. (00:45:50)
Continuity mistake: When Wall-E presents Eve with the plant, he is facing her directly. When Eve is later viewing the footage from her security camera, Wall-E is shown facing at an angle towards the left of the screen, instead of straight ahead.
Continuity mistake: When Hancock puts Mary on the hospital bed after she's been shot, the blood on her shirt changes drastically from shot to shot.
Visible crew/equipment: When Max meets a man in a car who invites him to jump in, they go to the place where Natasha was killed. When the car drives in the alley and we see it from the top of the building (the camera angle), the camera filming them is visible in the reflection on the car's roof (it's mounted on a rod hanging high above the alley). Other mistake: At the beginning of the movie when Wheeler and Danny step out of the elevator just before Danny is surprised with his 10th Anniversary party, an extra is walking into the elevator and presses an imaginary call button on the wall. (00:03:33)
Continuity mistake: In the motel room, Betty gives Bruce a new heart monitor watch, still in its box. In a subsequent shot, the box has disappeared and Bruce is putting the watch on. The cut to Betty and back is too fast for him to have taken the watch out and junked the box. (01:04:10)
Continuity mistake: At the beginning, when Penny and Bolt are acting out the chase scene on the playback monitor, the producers are enraged over a boom mic showing up in the shot. Continuity mistake: When Hellboy has been speared in the chest and fallen to the ground, the POV shot of Nuala and Nuada has been turned so their heads are at the right hand side of the frame - from Hellboy's point of view their heads should be to the left.

Continuity mistake: When Zohan kills the bad guy with a knife and sends him flying away, he lands close to the back wheels of the car. But an immediate shot shows him away from the car, to the left of it.
Visible crew/equipment: During the chase through the jungle, the hand-held camera operator and stills photographer are visible on the left side of the frame. (01:06:30)
Continuity mistake: As Tom's dad's bride (girl from Nip/Tuck)is walking into the church, her lawyer is escorting her while holding a briefcase. When he kisses her on the cheek, the camera cuts instantly to a closer shot. There are several things different in the new shot. The lawyer no longer has the briefcase, the lawyer no longer has the pre-nup in his hand, the bride's bracelet is in a different position and there are now several people in the background (there were none in the previous shot).
