Continuity mistake: In the beginning of the movie, when the little girl is falling, they film her falling all the way down backwards. When they flash to the young Simon's face and the priest and back to the girl she lands face down.
Continuity mistake: The whole big prison bus escape scene revolves around Chris Tucker being handcuffed to the French guy, but when Frenchy's friend arrives in the bus he stands up and hugs him while the handcuff is shown completely unlocked from Tucker's hand. In the next shot and the entire next scene they are still handcuffed together.
Continuity mistake: Toward the end, Carmen Ibanez gets stabbed through the shoulder when she is brought before the big master alien thing. If you were to sustain such an injury, there would be so much swelling, not to mention just destroyed tissue, that you wouldn't be able to move that arm for weeks. Yet a few minutes later, she is seen hefting around a very large assault rifle, and seems to have no difficulty. I guess it's a pretty standard action movie "heroes can temporarily ignore injury in order to save the day" kind of oversight, but it just seems exaggerated in this case, considering how severe the shoulder trauma looked. Continuity mistake: Hallie takes the remote control off the top of the TV to turn it on. But later when they return in front of the TV to watch the news report, the remote is back on the top of the set. Also, the position of the video console which is also on top of the TV has changed, the position of the clothing on the chair next to the television has repositioned and lastly, the items on the window sill behind the TV set have completely changed. Continuity mistake: After Barry has jumped into the water reclaim the crown, he comes out of the water with a perfectly clean shirt, but in the next shot the blood is back on his shirt as expected. (00:22:50)
Continuity mistake: In the end part of the movie where Kelly, Sarah and Ian are lying on the couch and Sarah and Ian are asleep, you can see that Sarah doesn't have a blanket. However, when the shooting is back at the couch after the television shot, Sarah is now having the blanket. The blanket should have been seen in the first mentioned scene. (01:55:20)
Continuity mistake: There's a part when Raiden, Liu Kang, Kitana, Jade Jax and Sonya are confronted by 3 ninjas and Sindel. Raiden decides to take on the ninjas, but you'll notice that he only fights against 2 of them.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where the President is being escorted to the escape pod, there is an extra shot where the President is hiding on his own around the corner from a terrorist, who is sneaking around in the background looking for him. In both the preceding and following shots, the President is being physically escorted by two Secret Service men who are pulling him along and forcefully holding his head down. This shot is wrongly inserted into this portion of the scene and needs to be later in the film, when the President is trying to escape. (00:23:40)

It is a fragment of the scene when the man is checking downstairs when the whole plane is to be re-checked.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where the town folk are having an outdoor festival, Steven Seagal is invited to play with the band. An older gentleman hands him a guitar with nylon string tuners (open headed classical type) but when he takes it from him, it is a Steel string Martin Acoustic (solid headed flat top) guitar.
Continuity mistake: Pay attention in the beginning of the movie, when Ordell is showing some "girls with guns" to De Niro. While he suggests to run fast the tape, he presses the REWIND key. The expected one would be the FF key. (00:04:25)
Continuity mistake: After eating Paul Sarone, the anaconda has absolutely no lump in its body until it goes to spit him out, and even when it appears, it isn't big enough to be a man. The lump would have been there to begin with, not just magically growing out of nothing.
Continuity mistake: When Ethan Hawke and Uma Thurman are escaping form the party, the sleeve of Ethan's suit is ripped under the armpits when he hits the cop but in a few seconds you see his sleeve completely fixed. (01:11:40)
Continuity mistake: In one of the scenes Hopkins is trying to make what I think is a fish hook or something. He's obviously been in the wilderness for a while so he's not clean shaven but he isn't exactly beardy either. However, during the scene with this fish hook his beard changes from moderate to bushy to moderate again within seconds.
Continuity mistake: When the police confront Leeloo on the side of the building, she raises her hands and we can see that they're covered in soot. She jumps off and lands in Korben's cab. When she comes to, she presses her hand against the glass, and her hand is magically clean. (00:32:35 - 00:33:20)
Continuity mistake: As Nicole walks across a plaza with Clooney to meet the Russian spy, she is wearing sheer stockings and low pumps. As she walks off the plaza she is wearing knee high boots with fur tops.
Suggested correction: I think what we see from behind, under the coat is dark trousers and dark low heels.
Continuity mistake: When Clint comes out of the vault, the dead woman's dress is torn badly from the struggle, but when they flash back later, her dress is not torn.
Suggested correction: Later in the woman cop asks why someone would undress, then dress, the body.
Continuity mistake: When Robin steps foot into Poison Ivy's lair she is laid out on her flower bed. If you look at the sleeves of her costume, the ends of the sleeves are fringed in a simple leaf like design. Robin spurns Poison Ivy's affections, and an enfuriated Ivy pushes him into the lily pad pool. She is then confronted by Batman, and a soon to arrive Batgirl. Now - look at the huge, obvious, black rubber "thorn" bracelets that suddenly appear on each of her wrists. (01:37:25)
Continuity mistake: The plane began its flight in the desert just outside Las Vegas in broad daylight (the sun was still shining). But when they reach the strip it is late at night. (01:28:00 - 01:34:50)
Continuity mistake: The first scene with Murray Babitch driving across the George Washington Bridge from New York to New Jersey was actually filmed going the other direction. When driving from New York to New Jersey on the lower level of the bridge you enter a black tunnel first, and exit through a yellow tiled tunnel. The scene in the film starts in the yellow tiled tunnel - New Jersey to New York direction.
Continuity mistake: Morgan Freeman falls in a water hole while chasing the bad guy. In the next scene his shirt is completely dry again.
