Continuity mistake: After the train comes to a complete and lurching stop, the porter is shown being thrown forward into the bad guys as a lot of baggage falls all over the place. In the final fight scene as Ryback is entering the dining car, all the tables have all their place settings perfectly intact.
Continuity mistake: In the last scene on the roof when Holly Hunter shoots the serial killer, he falls backwards. The gun is in his left hand and the path is next to his left hand. The camera then goes to the rear of Sigourney as she walks toward Holly. Only now the serial killer is on the other side of the path and the left hand holding the gun is no longer next to the path.
Continuity mistake: When De Niro confronts Ashley Judd in her motel room, he knocks all but a few hangers off of the metal coatrack. While the camera goes back and forth while they argue, the remaining hangers disappear and reappear several times.
Continuity mistake: After Sandra comes out of the shower of the motel, she combs her hair while listening to the news. When she watches the TV it changes from a Sony to a Sharp.
Continuity mistake: At the end of the first scene (skydiving) Bulk and Skull land in a construction site. A worker goes over to them and starts talking. At this time the guys still have their parachutes on. It then cuts to the worker and back to them and not only are the parachutes off, they are nowhere to be seen. (00:07:10)
Continuity mistake: When the FBI meets them in a parking garage to pick up & protect Cindy Crawford as they are driving away, the partner in one car, Cindy & Baldwin in the other car the partner is shot in the head, creating a blood splatter on the window - however if you look carefully this blood splatter is already on the window when they show the car turning a corner in the garage - right before he is shot!
Continuity mistake: When they have just poisoned Charles Durning, Mark the painter falls to the floor pretending to be sick. During this scene the stopper in one of the bottles is out, then it's back in, then out and so on.
Continuity mistake: At the end of the boxing fight between Wesley Snipes and Jennifer Lopez her cross pendant disappears and reappears between shots. (00:48:30)
Continuity mistake: Jean Claude Van Damme has just killed a terrorist in the hallway of the sports complex. He drags his body into an elevator to hide the body. The "terrorist" is far too tall and lifts his head out of the way to fit into the elevator. Can be seen just as the doors are closing. Very easy to spot.
Continuity mistake: When Jackie is fighting the gang at their place the black shirt he is wearing gets dirty one shot and is clean the next shot.
Continuity mistake: During the spectacular car chase David Caruso's car is speeding through the streets jumping 10'-15' feet in the air. On one of the landings in a wide shot, you can see that an air bag deploys, but in the next close up of him in the car, it's not there.
Continuity mistake: This is the car chase scene, where Ralph Fiennes and Angela Bassett are in a limo being chased by two bad cops in a pickup. Early in the scene, you have the view from inside the pickup when it rams the limo from the rear passenger side, and you can clearly see bullet holes in the glass and rear of the limo (no weapons fired yet). Then a few seconds later in the scene, you can see the rear of the limo with no damage. Moments later, you see one of the cops firing an automatic weapon, and subsequently witnessing the holes being made in the limo.
Continuity mistake: In one scene someone is smoking a DuMaurier Canadian cigarette which was taken from an American cigarette package.
Continuity mistake: During the heist, a police officer fires eight shots from a revolver which only holds six bullets, and he doesn't reload.
Continuity mistake: When J-Bone is coming down from Heaven, the lift he's on stops quite a way off the ground, and moves when he steps off it. Yet when he, Johnny and Jade step onto the lift, it seems to be on the ground as it doesn't move. It couldn't have been lowered, as we would've heard the noise of the motors.
Continuity mistake: When the Colonel finishes talking to the General on the phone, he practically throws the phone into the army truck out of frustration. In the following shot, you can see the soldier in the truck with the phone in hand, as if it was calmly given to him, even as you hear the end of the "clunk" from when it was thrown. (00:52:50)
Continuity mistake: When the woman is on Mariner's boat, you can see that her dress strap is on her arm, but when the camera goes back to him and then back to her it is on her shoulder.
Continuity mistake: Becker is the last to go through the hatch into the NEB bunker, but when the camera switches to the view inside the bunker, Becker is seen already on the walkway while the others are still climbing down the ladder.
Continuity mistake: In the church scene when Simon takes Hawthorne's soul, the flag draped over the casket changes from shot to shot. (00:15:08)
Continuity mistake: When John leaves the table to get a refill on water, over half his burger is left. When he comes around the corner to see that Thad is gone, both the burgers are too.
