Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where the 3 women are being pursued in the mansion by a morphing Jack Nicholson, Susan Sarandon falls over a balcony and is about to hit the marble floor below. Cher and Michelle Pfeiffer begin to laugh and urges Susan to laugh also as doing this causes them to float. Susan begins a nervous laugh and just before she might hit the floor she begins to float above it. Right here you can clearly see the two wires that are holding her up.
Visible crew/equipment: Right after Barf and Lone Starr have stolen the two spaceballs outfits they run by a hallway with two guards in it. After the guard sees one of them and says "Nahh", look at the top of his helmet - you can see the camera and director.
Visible crew/equipment: When we first see Brosnan in the blue Ford escort you can see the boom mike reflecting on the bonnet near the ford badge.

It can't be a shadow of another skateboarder, because they were all skating ahead of the guy in the red pants.

Visible crew/equipment: Towards the beginning, during Ricky's talk with the psychiatric doctor, there is a scene where Ricky is sitting in his chair talking, and at the top of the screen, there is a very noticeable microphone hanging down into the camera's view. A few moments afterward, you see it fly up and out of the camera's view.
Visible crew/equipment: During the scene in the prison infirmary, the guard's nightstick is taken and used to beat the guard and the doctor. when it is first taken out of the guard's belt, it bends. Later, as it is being waved around, it can be seen bending repeatedly. It was obviously a rubber prop.
