Revealing mistake: When Julian uses a credit card to open the sliding glass door at his parents' home it's obvious that there is no latch or lock where he inserted the card when the door opens.
Revealing mistake: When the Marines are jogging through the training camp complex, singing "I don't know but I've been told..." you can see the British road junction markings on the tarmac underneath them. There is little evidence to suggest that there was any attempt to disguise or remove them.
Revealing mistake: Near the end of the film, when Neal is on the final L train home, we see the train pull away from the station. When Neal returns to the station to find Del, the footage of the train leaving is played backwards - you can briefly see a man walking backwards at the top left of the screen.

Revealing mistake: When they are on the bridge between USA and Canada one of Capone's men is shot (in the breast) by the rail of the bridge. Seen from outside the bridge you can clearly see that the stuntman is not falling, but he is jumping off the bridge.
Revealing mistake: When Jim is riding the bicycle through the empty hospital, the "Frigidaires" begin falling through the roof. One bursts open, dropping its contents onto the floor. Something from inside must have landed on the camera because you can see it jerk suddenly.
Revealing mistake: There are no keys in the ignition when Mike is driving the white truck.
Revealing mistake: At the New Years Eve Party, Cindy gets drunk and starts looking for a bedroom to lay down in. As she opens bedroom doors, she interrupts couples making out. When she interrupts one couple there is a shoe thrown at the door, supposedly from inside the room. If you look closely you can see that the shoe is actually thrown from behind Cindy's head outside the bedroom door.
Revealing mistake: Barbara Streisand (institutionalized) is brought in wearing a hospital gown and house coat to meet with her lawyer Richard Dreyfuss for the first time. She props her feet up on the table and spreads her legs for Dreyfuss to get him to react (underwear-less). As the angle changes and Streisand stands up, you can see her panty-line through her house coat.
Revealing mistake: As Sierge shoots the Tsjude behind Aigin, a protective pad beneath the Tsjude's clothes is visible catching the arrow. (00:47:30)
Revealing mistake: Toward the end, after Ricky decapitates the old Mother Superior, a young nun assumes she is alive and taps her shoulder. Mother Superior's head falls off and to the floor. There is no blood whatsoever. The old woman had just been decapitated moments earlier, and there isn't even a drop of blood, not even on the white part of her nun outfit at the neck.
Revealing mistake: After the barber is shot dead by Giuliano and Aspanu has fixed the betrayer note on his shirt the corpse takes a rather deep breath. (01:20:00)
Revealing mistake: After CD has swoon Roxanna for Chris, Charlie falls out of a tree in front of the old ladies. If you look close you can see a darker patch of grass that CD falls in. It's clear it's placed there as a soft landing pad for the stunt man to hit.
Revealing mistake: The principal apprehends the two younger and bigger guys at once (and for some reason they don't gang up on him and kick his butt). The other guys in the Chevy decide to get back in and drive away. You can already see on the dirt the path they will follow, which is logical for the bit in reverse but not so much for the part when they turn left and go forward, which is not how the car could arrive to that point. And when later the car circles around, it moves also on a path that was not showing in the first shot. (00:11:50)
Revealing mistake: The homeless man attacks Kathleen and she screams. But it isn't until 5 minutes later that Sanger comes to her rescue, when he only left moments ago.
Revealing mistake: At one point Charles Bronson wields a rocket launcher, the type which is a one shot disposable variety that comes pre-loaded with the rocket inside the launcher and it cannot be reloaded. The problem is, before he fires, he swings the launcher so the audience can plainly see there is nothing in the launcher just before he fires.
Revealing mistake: When Frank Bauggs is falling from the building, he is a very obvious dummy. His body limps around too much. (00:50:45)
Revealing mistake: Despite being bitterly cold outside, there is no breath steam/condensation from anyone. To really top it off, when hot soup is brought outside to warm the woman, no steam at all is radiating from the soup.
