When Malcolm shoves Jaime and he falls to the ground we can see the second camera's tripod leg at the right side of the screen, and as Jaime gets up we can see the second camera as well.

Visible crew/equipment: As the truck Devon is driving jumps the chain link fence, the helmeted and harnessed stunt driver is easily seen.

Visible crew/equipment: When Shawn and Gus gets out of the car at the Mausoleum Parking, you can see the camera man reflected in the mirror inside the car.

Visible crew/equipment: Towards the beginning, when the Taliban steps on the landmine, you see the DEA agent getting hit with dirt and blood. In the center of the shot, you can see a few drops of blood stick to the camera lens. Incredibly easy to notice, so I'm not sure how this one slipped through.
Visible crew/equipment: Dutch and Claudette are watching an interrogation video of the Margos with Armin Chorekian. Just before the scene changes, the boom mic bobs down into the shot above Armins' head for a split second. (00:14:40)

Visible crew/equipment: At the end of the episode Saul is sitting in his office and you can see the shadow from a crew member in the windows. The member even moves. (00:50:41)
