Visible crew/equipment: Towards the beginning, when the Taliban steps on the landmine, you see the DEA agent getting hit with dirt and blood. In the center of the shot, you can see a few drops of blood stick to the camera lens. Incredibly easy to notice, so I'm not sure how this one slipped through.
Visible crew/equipment: Just before the scene changes to the mother and son eating ice cream and watching TV, we see them sitting at the dinner table. Look at the glass door in the background, and you can see the obvious reflection of a camera and the cameraman.
