Visible crew/equipment: After Jill tells Kelly that she'll lend her a T-shirt to help zero in on Dirko, when it cuts to Kelly having car trouble with the VW, the reflection of the boom pole/mic is visible on the rear glass. Visible crew/equipment: Nearing the end of the show, the angels and Bosley are in the office and Bosley turns left out of the door. A second after he turns, a shadow that is shorter, wider, and very different, comes from the right in the hallway outside the door and walks towards Bosley heading left. Clearly not his shadow.
Visible crew/equipment: Kris and Kelly are riding a horse. The double stuntwomen are extremely evident, since they are much stouter. (00:41:10 - 00:42:45)
Answer: No, Charlie's face was never fully seen. In addition, Charlie was voiced by John Forsythe and he never even came to the set. Whenever we do see Charlie, it's a body double and not Forsythe.
