Other mistake: At the start, it's nighttime when the unsub hides in the house of the soon-to-be victim who goes to sleep when her alarm clock reads 'Tue 11:06', and then we see the time morph to 'Tue 1:13' when the victim is sound asleep, before the unsub comes out of the closet to kill her. However, the time on the clock should actually read 'Wed 1:13'.Super Grover
Other mistake: When Michael climbs up the rope to get to the room below the infirmary, the rope is hanging from the manhole cover, but he still manages to lift the cover whilst hanging from it. In the next shot where he looks down the manhole, its clear that there is nothing other than the rope he could have held on to while lifting the cover. An impressive accomplishment, defying the laws of gravity. (00:38:00)
Other mistake: The marriage certificate for Rita's first marriage shows her date of birth as 04-19-1989 and Dexter states she married at 16. The marriage date is 08-16-1989, when she would have been 4 months old. She also would only be 17 at the start of the series (2006) if she was born in 1989. (00:13:45)
Other mistake: In episode "Kill Switch" it states that Jason Billings died from a broken neck, it shows Tony Decker kicking him in the face snapping his neck. Jason then tries to claw his way up onto Tony's deck leaving the scratches and blood and getting the splinter under his nail. This wouldn't have been possible since he would have already been dead.Boobra
Other mistake: In the scene where Janice is trying on her wedding gown with Carmela, her tattoo is gone. However, in all the other shots, her tattoo is above her cleavage line, between her boobs. It's nowhere to be seen in the wedding dress shots.
Other mistake: Slightly after the opening credits, Jack Malone is investigating the disappearance of Annie Miller and is standing in her mother's bedroom. He turns to Carol Miller's boyfriend and asks to "speak to Mrs. Malone alone." The subtitles correctly have 'Miller' written, but when Anthony LaPaglia says his line, the two words rhyme. Other mistake: Hodges and Angie find a piece of paper buried with Bones' mother and they tell Bones that the date of the movie is September 22,1993. The ticket has two dates, September 22,1993 and in two different places it says April 22,1993. The Fugitive was released August 6th,1993.
Other mistake: In the home of a murder victim, Columbo presses the telephone's "redial" button to see who was called most recently. A seven-digit number is displayed but only six beeps are heard as the number is redialed. Later, attorney Oscar Finch places a call by dialing only five numbers.
Other mistake: In "The Funk Hole", the son of Foyle tells Sam that he was 8 years old at the time his mother died. But in this episode Foyle stands at the grave of his wife, who had died in 1932. So that would mean that his son was 16 when he joined up and became a Pilot Officer - far too young.
Other mistake: A gangster pushes a dog into a well and the dog can be heard splashing around. The man's wife is furious and several people are unable to retrieve the dog. Superman tunnels into the ground and into the bottom of the well and emerges holding the dog. Both he and the dog are completely dry.
Other mistake: After arresting the Reddington impostor, Ressler states that while hunting Red they had only one photo with a "passing resemblance to the man we've been working with." In S1E1 you can however see a high quality picture of Red on the front desk screen while he is arrested. (00:32:25)
Other mistake: In the two scenes that occur at Lucky's base in Iraq, it is quite obvious the writers did not do much research about the Army in Iraq now, or the Army in general. Alcohol is not allowed on any US base anywhere in the Middle East during the current conflict, and this is true for all branches of the military. Even if Lucky did manage to procure contraband alcohol, he would not drink it openly, because an MP would arrest him within minutes. If he appeared in his Sergeant's tent drunk, he would be arrested, and severely disciplined, probably demoted. No one on a US base would be known as a habitual drunk, because anyone found drunk more than once would be either sent back to the states for rehab, or dishonorably discharged. Also, in the US Army, Sergeants are never addressed as "Sir." This is one of the very first things a new recruit learns at Basic Training, and it is drilled into him. It is extraordinarily unlikely that a soldier would slip up and call a sergeant "Sir" once, let alone repeatedly, as Lucky's buddy does. After the first time, the Sergeant would correct him.
