Other mistake: At the start of chapter 12 in the episode "Kingdom Come," Frank returns home via taxi. In front of his house in Seattle, WA, there is a blonde woman walking a Rottweiler dog. This same blonde and Rottweiler can be seen walking by the crime scene in San Francisco in the "Gehenna" episode.
Other mistake: In the guest star credits, Shelly Cole's given name is misspelled "Sherry."
Misgivings - S4-E10
Other mistake: When Chris and Snoop go to kill Bug's dad, they have their high powered nail gun once again, even after previously throwing it in the marsh with the guns. Bought a new one? Not likely as the reason for throwing it away in the first place was because the cop saw it. Buying an identical one would defeat the purpose of ditching it. (00:55:50)
Other mistake: When Jimmy goes looking for the Kettlemans, he climbs up the Sandia Mountains but finds them in a flat forested area. To get to a level forested area in the Sandias, Jimmy would have had to climb all the way to the top, which would be suicidal, because the area of the Sandias he goes into is extremely rugged and steep, plus he goes in there with nothing but a suit. Even the Kettlemans would be insane going that same route with two kids, a tent, and camping supplies in tow.
Other mistake: When Jessica calls Hondo to let him know about Deacon's wife, you see Hondo answer the phone normally. Right after she tells him what's up, you can see him holding the phone upside down, with the camera lens towards the bottom. (00:24:30)
Other mistake: The CSI technician dusting for fingerprints on the gun isn't wearing gloves. He proceeds to pick up the gun in his, ungloved hands and hand it to an ungloved police officer thereby adding their fingerprints to the gun. Very sloppy police work.
Other mistake: The team, guns up, aimed, and ready, interrupt the meeting on the rooftop which has just ended in a shootout. Steve tells Cynthia to put the gun down or they'll have to put her down, and Junior menacingly cocks his rifle as if to emphasise the point. What, it wasn't already ready to fire? He's walked into a potential firefight with his weapon raised but it wasn't actually fireable yet?
Other mistake: In the newscast at the beginning of the episode, they incorrectly broadcast Robert Queen's birth date as 1948. They use the correct date in Episode 2 when it is shown as 1958 on his gravestone. (00:02:25)

Chapter Sixty-Eight: Quiz Show - S4-E11
Other mistake: Archie's uncle Frank tells Archie during an argument with him that he is 40 years old, with seven years in combat while in the military. But in a previous episode when explaining why he let Fred take the blame for his DUI, he claimed that he was a Desert Storm veteran in between tours at the time. Either the show got the wars wrong and meant to say he was an Operation Enduring Freedom or Iraqi Freedom veteran (no actual veteran uses "Desert Storm" when referring to combat in the Middle East after 9/11) or they're saying that he was only 10-11 years old when he went to Desert Storm. The Case of the Sausalito Sunrise - S9-E19
Other mistake: The owner of a Los Angeles trucking company tells a driver who is going to San Francisco, "Take the San Diego Freeway toward Bakersfield." That freeway runs from San Diego to San Fernando. It does not go toward Bakersfield.
Other mistake: Torey Martin says that he had an accident 5 months before, but the car crash evaluation is signed 31/07/2016. Not only it was a Sunday - unlikely day for the car shop to be working -, but that would put the events of the episode on January, contradicting the bank statements and what was established in previous episodes.
Other mistake: In the opening sequence, Colby tells Helm at the airplane crash site that all of the passenger bodies have been moved to the L.A. Coroner's Office. However, later in the scene, there are shrouded bodies on the ground outside the command center tent.
Home for the Holidays - S11-E1
Other mistake: Only one set of prints were said to be on the garrote but in the last episode of season 10 Graham handles the garrote before handing it over to the murderer without wearing gloves. So there should have been 2 sets of prints.
Other mistake: It is previously explained that Jake cannot grow a moustache, then a few seasons later Jake goes to prison and grows a moustache.
Log 51: A Jumper, Code 2 - S1-E19
Other mistake: Halfway through the show, the officers walk across the street to talk to some young toughs. The school sign painted on the street is spelled "Schol".
Through the Looking Glass - S5-E19
Other mistake: Danny supposedly handcuffs an at-risk teenager. When the police officer takes her away to a cell, the girl isn't handcuffed. The handcuffs are just in her hands behind her back. (00:52:00)

Other mistake: Agent Rohr asks who the cold case is related to. A dossier is given to him and the front cover contains a photograph and the name "Kanicki, K". Agent Rohr says "Kelly Kanicki" but there was no indication of the full name, just the initial. (00:08:30 - 00:09:00)
