In the shot where they both get out of their cars, you can see a dry patch of ground under Rachel's car, but the rest of the area is wet. Why would that space be dry, if Rachel just crashed and it isn't raining heavily at the time?
The Great Payne Robbery - S1-E11
Revealing mistake: Watch as the corrupt officer comes in to rob the Paynes. It's dark and Gina supposedly has tackled him, but you can see the officer kneel down and then Gina goes over to him to make it look as if she tackled him down when the lights came back on.
Revealing mistake: During the training montage, right as Mac is about to smash the bottle over Charlie's head, you can see Charlie stop what he's doing about a half-second before being hit, and brace himself for the impact, despite not being able to see it coming. The Last Shout: Part 1 - S3-E7
Revealing mistake: Saffy is ironing her boyfriend's shirt and when she has finished he puts it on just before asking her to marry him. When he buttons it up he does so with the buttons and holes misaligned by at least 2 button-holes, and with the collar obviously at an odd angle around his neck.

Revealing mistake: When Luke shows Emma the picture of the hawk, you can see that the camera is fake; it does not have a real screen.

Revealing mistake: Right after the scene with the witches, Cindy disguises herself while offering coffee to the producer Corky Shimatzu. However, besides the Groucho Marx glasses and nose, she is wearing her normal outfit when a few minutes earlier, she was wearing her witch outfit, had green makeup on her face, and her hair was a completely different style. Then a few minutes later, she goes back to her play costume. That makeup must have taken at least an hour and would take just as long to remove it. Yet she changes from and back to it in a matter of minutes.
Berry Scary - S1-E7
Revealing mistake: Blue is walking down a hall with a paddle ball in his hand. He is twirling around the ball and string around the paddle. However it's obvious that the string is somehow just passing through the paddle itself and not going around it. It's especially noticeable when he stops and the string slows down and visibly passes right through the wood of the paddle.
A Fistful of Paintballs - S2-E23
Revealing mistake: When Chang is getting blasted with the minigun, the safety pads under his shirt are very noticeable. (His shirt is extremely "puffed out" and you can see the outline of pads.) He's been tied up most of the episode and wasn't wearing pads earlier, so there's no way he was able to get pads on in the meantime.
Revealing mistake: Patty Duke's stand-in is visible behind Cathy when the family is in the front hall welcoming their aunt.

Revealing mistake: After the car hits Herman, it falls apart. After the left front tire falls off, the prop holding up the frame is plainly visible.
