Grey's Anatomy

Throwing It All Away - S10-E15

Factual error: In the opening scenes, Arizona mistakenly says a child suffering from imminent liver failure is at risk for psoriasis, when the script called for the word cirrhosis. Psoriasis is a skin disease. Cirrhosis is the medical term for end stage liver disease.

Love, Loss and Legacy - S8-E5

Continuity mistake: Dr. Warren pulls off his face mask. The camera pans to Dr. Bailey for about a second or two and then back to Dr. Warren, whose mask is back on. After panning away again for a few seconds and back, Dr. Warren's mask has been removed again. (00:11:30)

Make Me Lose Control - S2-E3

Continuity mistake: When Meredith tries to get into the OR to see Cristina, Bailey walks over to the door to stop her, and they talk. But in the final shot of Christina, you can see Bailey's hands on her head, even though Bailey is at the door with Meredith. (00:30:00)

Fear (of the Unknown) - S10-E24

Continuity mistake: In the Yang/Grey scene, Yang is scrubbing and pulls back her mask, seconds later the mask has disappeared. Also her arm has soap on it when Meredith pulls it out, but then suddenly the soap is gone.

Owner of a Lonely Heart - S2-E11

Continuity mistake: When Christina is in the locker room eating a packet of crisps, everyone comes in and she asks them if they have any decent food. In the next shot you can see she is now holding an opened bar of chocolate. Then in the following shot we actually see Meredith hand her a wrapped bar, which Christina then opens (and the previously opened bar is gone, of course.) (00:03:40)

Hamster

Let It Be - S2-E8

Visible crew/equipment: When the pigeon starts eating George's bagel which he dropped on the pavement, you can clearly see a red clasp with a long wire attached to its left leg so that it won't fly away. (00:03:25)

Hamster

Let It Be - S2-E8

Continuity mistake: At the start of the episode when George drops his bagel, he drops it with the white napkin stuck to it. In the very next shot when the pigeon begins to eat it, the napkin has totally vanished. (00:03:20)

Dr. Meredith Grey: At some point, you have to make a decision. Boundaries don't keep other people out. They fence you in. Life is messy. That's how we're made. So, you can waste your lives drawing lines. Or you can live your life crossing them. But there are some lines that are way too dangerous to cross.
