Todos Los Hombres del Presidente - S3-E9
Visible crew/equipment: During the car crash, one of the camera shots is from above and you can see a camera vehicle moving into the shot from the bottom with the camera mounted in front of the vehicle. (00:35:25)
Opening Act - S1-E4
Factual error: At the beginning, the screen shows that the year is 1988 in Corpus Christi, TX, then the camera pans into Selena and her sister eating tacos when their friend Jake arrives wearing an Arizona Diamondbacks shirt. The Diamondbacks did not exist in 1988. Phoenix was awarded a Major League Baseball expansion team in 1995 and the Diamondbacks made their debut in 1998, 10 years after this scene takes place. Christmas Special 2017 - S2-E9
Continuity mistake: Price Albert's ice skates change after falling through the ice. Prior to the fall the ice skates have a curly blade front (appropriate for the time), upon emerging from beneath the ice the skates look like current models.
Continuity mistake: When Erik enters his father's office the clock on the wall shows 5.10pm. After they have been talking for a couple of minutes the clock still shows 5.10pm.
Continuity mistake: At the end when they are singing Mr Telephone Man at the BET Awards, Ralph takes his jacket off towards the end of the song. When the song is over, they all take a bow and Ralph has his jacket on. When they finish bowing, you then see Ralph without his jacket going to the front of the stage to pick the jacket off the floor.
Continuity mistake: During the Medici brothers vs. Marco Bello confrontation near the end of the episode Lorenzo grabs a candlestick to defend himself against Marco Bello's knife - you can even notice a candle slipping off the candlestick. As Marco Bello turns to leave the chamber, however, Lorenzo's hands are empty and the candlestick rests on the table. In the next shot he's holding it again, with the candle sitting atop of the candlestick. (00:47:30)
Continuity mistake: At the Chequers meeting in early 1944, Sir Bernard Montgomery is wearing the rank insignia of a field marshal. In the later meeting with the King in which the D-Day plans are announced, he is correctly wearing that of the lower rank of general. In fact, Montgomery was promoted from general to field marshal on 1 September 1944, nearly three months after D-Day.
Factual error: You can see the Unicredit Tower on the Milan skyline - the episode should be set in 1997 but the unicredit tower was built in 2012. (00:31:00)
Continuity mistake: Jack McKinney is lying in his hospital bed wearing his glasses when he is practising tying his shoe laces. He flings the shoe in disgust, at which time Jerry Buss walks in and hands the shoe to McKinney, whose glasses are now on the table.
Factual error: Gordon Liddy is in federal prison and in solitary confinement, and he is still wearing his gold wedding band. (00:29:36)
Factual error: Detective Chief Superintendent Kier Pritchard wears silver tabs on his uniform collar. These are only worn by Assistant Chief Constables and above. Detectives almost never wear uniform in any case.
Deliberate mistake: When the young kid breaks out of Jeff's apartment, the ladies freak out that he's naked, when he's wearing black underwear. And then shortly after they shriek to police that he was buck naked when he wasn't.
Factual error: In a scene set in March 1968, after Tammy Wynette finishes recording "D-I-V-O-R-C-E," George Richey introduces himself to George Jones as the musical director of "Hee Haw." John Aylesworth and Frank Peppiatt created the "Hee Haw" series in 1969.
Revealing mistake: The set where Augustus visits Agrippa on Lesbos for reconciliation is the same set where Augustus already was before - he was there earlier, reading the news of Marcellus' death while he was away from Rome to visit the Eastern provinces. But as stated, he had not visited Lesbos at all, because he and Agrippa had temporarily fallen out. (00:39:30 - 00:41:30)
Factual error: Karl Silberbauer, who headed the raid on the secret annexe, wears the insignia of an SS-Sturmbannführer (major). He was actually an SS-Hauptscharführer (senior sergeant). His superior is addressed in German as "Herr Major" (not an SS rank and not how an SS officer would be addressed), but wears the insignia of an SS-Standartenführer (colonel).
Continuity mistake: When Nick's mom tells him to show Gypsy around she takes the cigarette away from her lips. A shot later it's back in.
Continuity mistake: When the princess moves between rooms, the door in the first room is left well open, but when the shot changes to the second room, the first door is almost closed. (00:05:40)
Factual error: In the scene where Bonnie gives Clyde the unloaded pistol through the jail bars, that gun was not manufactured until after 1972. It is a Bauer .25 ACP semi-automatic stainless steel pistol. Bonnie and Clyde's reign of lawlessness ranged from 1931 to 1934.
Factual error: The detective constable is addressed as "Sir" by uniformed constables. They actually hold the same rank. Detectives do not outrank uniformed officers in Britain.
Continuity mistake: Tutankhamun and Suhad ride to the Mitanni city on a horse with no equipment at all, not even a saddle. Yet mysteriously when they need to stop for the night a large tent appears out of nowhere.
