Audio problem: In the scene where Mystique returns to the Brotherhood house, when Pietro says that their team is as tough as ever, it's Lance's voice that comes out of his mouth.
Monkey See, Doggie Do / Mommy Fearest - S1-E2
Audio problem: In "Mommy Fearest", Ima Goodelady asks the Powerpuff Girls where they are going. Blossom tells her they're fighting crime, Buttercup speaks and then Bubbles adds, "Duh." However, her mouth doesn't move.
Audio problem: When the creepy guy with the weird hair knocks Korra back a zone, the very distinct buzzer isn't heard. (00:09:35)
The Football Is My Best Friend - S1-E4
Audio problem: When Tsubasa says bye to his friends from the top of the overpass, his mouth is not animated for the greater part of the line. (00:04:30)
Prey of the Black Panther - S2-E7
Audio problem: When Black Panther is saying "The Black Panther's ready to stalk again," he doesn't press his lips together when saying "Panther" in order to produce the "P" sound. (00:21:12)

Audio problem: To satisfy his weird mother fetish, Hyoga dives with a rose in his mouth, but that does not prevent him from shouting his battle cry. (00:07:00)
Audio problem: When Talbot comes upon the Hulk in his helicopter, the helicopter doesn't make a sound until it appears on screen.
Audio problem: When April, Casey, Donnie, Mikey, and Leo defeat the creep, Casey says, "That's what you get for messing with my mask, freak." When he says "mask," his voice changes.
Iron Forged in Fire: Part One - S1-E1
Audio problem: When Obadiah Stane is trying to tell Tony that Stark International is in good hands, his lips are out of sync with his speech. (00:08:20)
Audio problem: When Donatello tries to stop April from leaving the sewers after she accuses them of committing the robberies, he is speaking in Raphael's voice. (00:10:35)
Audio problem: While Pickles is sniffing the ground, she asks Bob "Did you know vomit tastes bad?", but her lips don't match what she is saying.
Audio problem: When Bob is being offered to drink from Beta, Bob asks which end to drink from and Pud responds "Dealer's choice." However it's Hefty Jeff's voice instead of Pud. (00:05:49)
Audio problem: When Anakin says, "What? Uh-oh," his mouth does not move. He just looks shocked that his lightsaber could not cut The Zillo Beast.

Audio problem: When the kraken roars, when it destroys a ship, it sounds like a TIE fighter in Star Wars.
The Phoenix Saga (5): Child of Light - S3-E7
Audio problem: Storm's mouth is completely closed when she says "The immediate threat to New York City has been averted." (00:12:10)
Pokemon, I Choose You! - S1-E1
Audio problem: When Delia Ketchum says, "Oh, Ash, I'm so proud of you," the items that the Pallet Town townspeople are holding aren't being moved, however, the sound from banging of those items is heard. (00:07:35)
Audio problem: In the episode where the Wheezers obtain super powers, at the end of the episode, they are all singing their "Sitting and Singing" song surrounding the flaming duck. When the camera cuts to Carl putting his glasses on, the song can still be heard, but everyone's mouth just keeps saying "Standing, and standing, and standing," even though there are more words heard than just that.
Audio problem: In the opening title sequence towards the end, Link says "For you, Princess, anything." After he says this, he instantly opens his mouth again in a continued talking motion. But he is not saying anything. In a cartoon such as this, especially from this era, they wouldn't go through the trouble of animating just a breath after a speaking line, or even just a smile like that. It is extra animation for speaking that is not happening. (00:00:25)
