Continuity mistake: At the start of the film, the dog is seen going from room to room looking for food. Just before he goes into Dana's room, someone can be seen through the crack in the door, moving from left to right.
Continuity mistake: James takes off his tie to cover the cut on Kristen's hand, but when they run outside to escape in the car James is wearing his tie again, then after the failed escape they run back inside the house and James tie is missing. In another scene Kristen goes into the woods to look for James and falls into a ditch, then as she climbs out the tie is missing from her hand, but the next scene it's back in place.
Continuity mistake: When John is driving to work and he hears Anna on the radio, he swerves to avoid a car. From inside the car you can see that there are no cars in the rear window, yet when the shot changes to an outside shot, there are 3 cars. (00:33:35)
Continuity mistake: When the old car blows up both of the dead zombies are gone. (00:21:40)
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Jill and Charlie are revealed as the killers, Jill is holding a knife to Sidney's throat and a gun in her left hand as she explains her motive. When Jill and Charlie are getting ready to stab each other, the shot changes and Charlie hands Jill the knife, even though she just had it in her hand pointing it at Sidney. (01:11:20)
Continuity mistake: Right at the beginning, a little girl does a somersault and her hat falls off. In the next shot as she's running, she has her hat back on.
Continuity mistake: Saw VII takes place straight after Saw VI. In Saw VI we see Jill put Hoffman in the bear trap and leave. We then see that Hoffman spends around 45 seconds trying to get the trap off before putting in the bars on the window. In this film however, just after Jill closes the door we see the glass break. Continuity mistake: When the T-rex is in San Diego and is about to smash the bus, the driver tells everyone to get to the side. There is a guy in a seat right behind the driver, but when we go outside the bus just before the T-rex crushes it, that guy is no longer there. (01:52:05)
Continuity mistake: Hallie takes the remote control off the top of the TV to turn it on. But later when they return in front of the TV to watch the news report, the remote is back on the top of the set. Also, the position of the video console which is also on top of the TV has changed, the position of the clothing on the chair next to the television has repositioned and lastly, the items on the window sill behind the TV set have completely changed. Continuity mistake: When Scott gets his throat cut, blood pours out. Yet when Terri spins him around, there's no blood anywhere on him except a small amount on his shirt sleeves.
Continuity mistake: As the gang drives towards the cave entrance, the spare wheel on the back of the car that Sarah is driving switches sides three times. (00:16:30 - 00:17:10)
Continuity mistake: In the 1978 flashback scene, Michael does not have 6 bullet wounds in his chest from when Dr. Loomis shot him moments earlier.
Continuity mistake: On the truck cab's rear window, there is some sort of air conditioning unit installed. In some shots, such as the gas station scene where David Mann is on the telephone, or the railroad crossing scene, the air conditioning unit has a support structure to hold it in place. In the rest of the film however, there is not any support structure to be seen.
Continuity mistake: The subject of the email from Barry S. first reads "we need you", but after opening it reads "RE: No subject" (00:11:00)
Continuity mistake: Michael Caine is knocked overboard into the water, but manages to climb back into the boat - when he reaches the deck, his clothes are perfectly dry.
Continuity mistake: The birth of the Predalien in this movie is completely different than it was in the first AVP. The lights on the table are different and the Predalien bursts out differently than in the first film. (00:01:30)
Continuity mistake: When the members of the brotherhood beat up Mani until he is dead, they pick him up above their heads. The tattoo on his torso appears to be on his right side, whereas in previous and following scenes the tattoo is on his left side. That shot is flipped.
Continuity mistake: After Barry has jumped into the water reclaim the crown, he comes out of the water with a perfectly clean shirt, but in the next shot the blood is back on his shirt as expected. (00:22:50)

Continuity mistake: When Shannon Elizabeth is attacked by the ghost she has scratches on her face, then when they are all sitting huddled in the corner the next shot of her, there are no scratches on her face. (01:30:01)
Suggested correction: If no subject is given the first sentence of the E-mail will be displayed instead. RE: No Subject means it's a reply to an earlier E-mail that also lacked a subject.
