Other mistake: After they take off from California, Kirk gives a heading to Alaska. He then tells Sulu "full impulse power", and Sulu says "aye, ETA 12 minutes." Full impulse is 1/4 the speed of light. No way they would use speeds like that to go a few thousand miles.

It then goes on to state that this drops them down to 58%. For one pledge to bring them down 26% there would have to have been less than four pledges, including Blue, i.e. only three actually taking the evaluation.
Continuity mistake: In the final chase scene, the yellow Hummer starts out with an open sunroof. As it barrels through the shantytown, interior shots of the Hummer show it with a large overhead bank of storage compartments, while overhead shots show the sunroof. When the chase finally reaches Gitmo, the Hummer once again is shown with an open sunroof. (02:11:50 - 02:12:55)

Plot hole: When Leo, Gustav and Himmel are driving through Miami looking for Pest, Gustav notices that the tracking device that was put in Pest's underwear shorted out because of how much he was sweating. An earlier scene showed that Pest jumped off a boat in the middle of the ocean and swam to Miami. Since the tracking device was in Pest's underwear the whole time, it should have shorted out the moment he jumped into the water leaving Pest safe and Leo, Himmel and Gustav driving around aimlessly.

Factual error: The movie is set around 1995. But the SWAT team in the movie is wearing gear from the 2000s. (MICH-2000 helmet, modular tactical vest, M4 variant with picatinny rails and scope). Plus, in a scene when the guys are shopping for a taser (gun shop scene), some of the rifles on display are from 2000s era. AR-15 variants with variant stock, foregrip and picatinny rail.
