Question: What happened to Genie's powers after Aladdin freed him?
Question: Anastasia basically lost most of her memories from hitting her head, as well as the possible trauma of what happened to her the night her family was killed. Could someone really lose most of their memories that way?
Answer: Amnesia exists, but it is a temporary condition. It does not last for the long-term and people usually regain their memory in a day or two, sometimes up to a week. Extreme cases can last longer, but not in the way it is depicted in movies. Some people may lose memories due to severe brain damage from a traumatic injury, but that is permanent.
Question: How long exactly has Belle been imprisoned in the Beast's castle? Asking because the first movie didn't look like Christmas was being celebrated by anyone.
Answer: It's unknown how long Belle was at the castle. This sequel, The Enchanted Christmas, was made as an afterthought to the original Beauty and the Beast film, and there was no consideration or explanation about how this would fit into the original timeline. This is a stand-alone film, and it is typical of how the more popular Disney animated films, such as The Little Mermaid, Aladdin, etc. have added-on stories that are usually released straight-to-video.
Question: Who did the voice of Agent Bork.

Question: Are there any official names for the elephants (other than Dumbo and Mrs. Jumo)?
Answer: All the elephants are credited as "Elephant." The only difference is "Matriarch Elephant."
Answer: The elephants are Matriarch (voiced by Verna Felton), Catty (voiced by Noreen Gammill), Giddy (voiced by Dorothy Scott), and Prissy (voiced by Sarah Selby). Catty is the one who nicknamed the baby elephant "Dumbo."
Question: If the bear died in the fall, assuming the fall did kill it, then how did Tod survive?
Answer: Since we don't really know how he died, he could have drowned and not died on impact. Bear may not have been a strong swimmer or sustained too much injury from the gunshot to swim to the surface. However, in physics, force = mass * acceleration and thus larger creatures will hit the water with greater force than small creatures (as the old cliche goes; the bigger they are, the harder they fall). So it's possible for Bear to die on impact and not Tod because of his larger size.
Question: If Frank got Anthrax by eating the egg in the monkey's mouth, shouldn't that monkey have been dead anyway?
Answer: We are never told that the monkey was sick with the disease. The egg does fall out of the monkeys mouth and onto the ground where the virus could have easily been on the ground and it just happened to come into contact with the egg.
Question: When Frollo, has Ezmeralda, in his grip in the the church, he says "I was just imagining a rope around that beautiful neck" and she says "i know what you were imagining", what was he thinking? I assume its something sexual, but its a cartoon.
Answer: It was most certainly sexual. Frollo's whole arc was his fight against his carnal desires (seeing Esmerelda dancing in the fire, sniffing her hair, etc). In order to maintain a G-rating, they couldn't be overtly sexual, which is why it's done through suggestion and subtext.
Answer: The entire point is that he lusts after her. However, the Disney movie does not dive into that nearly as much as the novel.
Question: When Morrow bites off Eboshi's arm, the wolf's head has been somehow cut off her body. When the Forest Spirit took her life away, the head was attached. How did the head become detached?
Answer: You can see part of the ooze flowing across Moro's neck, thus it gets severed.
Question: The character Rock resembles Protoman (aka Blues in Japan) from the videogame Mega Man (Rockman) in appearance. Both wear shades and red clothing (Megaman has blue eyes and black hair and it's assumed that Proto has the same). The original Megaman characters and plot are very similar to Osamu Tezuka's Astroboy. With the character name, the robot themes, jazz/blues music, and the appearance, I was wondering if this was intentional on the animator's part or just coincidental.
Answer: If anything, Mega Man was influenced by Metropolis--Mega Man came around in 1987 and Metropolis first appeared in manga form in 1949.
Question: How was the rain scene accomplished?
Answer: It was added at the edit. During the animation, the animators just made little sprinkles on the characters so it would look like the rain actually hit them.
Question: Does anybody know exactly what sort of flowers Domino holds and uses as weapons? I know she calls herself the Black Tulip, but I watched Mewtwo's Return in Japanese, and she called herself the Black Rose. They do look more like tulips, but they could be rosebuds. so were my subtitles wrong, or was this changed for the American dub?
Answer: 4Kids Entertainment (The US Distributor) has been extremely notorious for changing alot of Japanese References and "Americanizing" them (e.g. Riceballs = Doughnuts). Perhaps "Black Tulip" sounded better than "Black Rose."
Question: I'm trying to remember the song that was made famous by this film. Can anyone help me?

Wouldn't the same thing happen to Jafar if Jafar was freed?
Yes. The same thing would happen to Jafar if Abis Mal did free him but, as seen, Abis Mal never wished for Jafar to be free. Jafar was still a genie because he still had the bands attached to his wrist.
