Visible crew/equipment: When Roger Moore is chasing Grace Jones in Paris, after the Eiffel Tower scene, he jumps off a bridge and onto a tourist barge passing along the River Seine. As he crashes through the glass roof, you can clearly see that it is a mannequin in a tuxedo. (00:20:05)
Visible crew/equipment: After the demonstration at the blackboard, the big group of soldiers walk over to the big table with the picture of the world on it. As they walk away from the blackboard, they turn and walk down some steps, and as they do you can see the shadow of a boom mic pole on the upper side of the grey part of the wall. (00:55:40)

If you look behind Maxwell you can see the tip of a head moving into picture.
