Noah's Final Threat: Part 1 - S3-E20

Continuity mistake: When Yugi draws Dark Magician Girl from his deck, he has two fingers pressed against the back of the card. There is a close-up of the card, where we can see his fingers never move. But in the following shot after that, he only has one finger against the back of the card. (00:15:38)

Casual Person

Duel Identity, Part II - S1-E30

Character mistake: Yugi mistakenly says if he doesn't get a monster out to defend himself Mai can attack him directly, which wouldn't be possible since the rules of Duel Monsters during the Duelist Kingdom arc forbade direct attacks on defenseless opponents. That rule wouldn't be implemented until the Battle City arc.
