Corrected entry: When Jax goes to see the truck driver in the hospital, he's in a gown with blood all over it and blood on his face. The doctors would clean a patient up and certainly don't make a patient wear a bloody hospital gown.

Plot hole: When the guys break into the safe house and free the witness against Bobby, they are wearing masks to hide their identities. Yet after freeing the witness, Jax and Tig decide to get involved in a fist fight inside the house which would leave their DNA all over the place. Since both are undoubtedly on the police database, it would take no time at all for the police to find at least two of the culprits who assaulted two officers, an ATF agent and intimidated their star witness.
Question: Does anyone know why Piney wears a jean vest instead of leather like the others?
Chosen answer: The First 9 wore these, as can be seen on old pictures. They later switched to leather, but Piney just never did.

Correction: Just before Jax goes into the hospital room he sees two guys leaving. They had just been in the room and beat the guy up. That's why he's covered in blood.
