Sons of Anarchy

To Thine Own Self - S5-E11

Continuity mistake: When Jax and his crew meet up with a Hispanic gang to sell them guns and are outnumbered, they run in the station wagon. The run the station wagon through a gate and roll it, destroying the front end, but magically the station wagon's front end appears with little damage afterwards. (00:27:15)

Kiss - S4-E9

Visible crew/equipment: When Jax and Clay are meeting with Alvarez (when they figure out the niners are branching out), the camera man is visible in Alvarez's sunglasses.

Some Strange Eruption - S7-E5

Continuity mistake: At the start of the episode, we see Collette dead on floor with her eyes open. But at the end of episode 4 when Jax finds her, her eyes are closed.

Suggested correction: Jax reaches down and closes her eyes.

This correction makes no sense, nor does it seem the person watched the scenes to verify the mistake. The mistake is saying Collette's eyes were opened after they were shown to be closed. Jax would have had to reach down and open them, not close them.

Giving Back - S1-E5

Question: In this episode, the guy is punished by SAMCRO for not having his biker ink covered up. Also, Clay had to have his covered in (I think) season 5 or 6 when he left. Why was Opie allowed to keep his though? He had effectively left yet in this episode he is topless and all his ink is showing. Why did he not need his covered when he left the gang?

The_Iceman

Chosen answer: Former members only have to have their tattoos covered up if they are voted out of the club.

Chosen answer: John Teller (Jax's father). "Piney" Winston (Opie's father). Lenny Janowitz. Keith McGee (President of the Belfast charter). Wally Grazer. Thomas Whitney. Chico Villanueva. Otto Moran (not to be confused with Big Otto Delaney with the eye-patch). "Clay" Marrow (though not a founding member).

Question: Does anyone know why Piney wears a jean vest instead of leather like the others?

amycamille1975

Chosen answer: The First 9 wore these, as can be seen on old pictures. They later switched to leather, but Piney just never did.
