Character mistake: The nurse that was helping the doctor tend to Clay has blood all over her gloves. As she leaves the room, she takes off one glove. No hospital anywhere would allow doctors or nurses to roam the hall with bloody gloves and hands. It's a health hazard.
Falx Cerebri - S2-E6
Other mistake: Tara and Gemma are practising shooting. Tara is using a .38 which holds five rounds. She shoots all 5 rounds, then she shoots Ima's car 5 more times without reloading. (00:31:35)
Suggested correction: The barrel is open in her hand when she's shown then she fires at the car. One would assume the barrel is open to reload.
We hear Tara open the barrel when she and Gemma are watching Ima get out of the car and then it's a quick shot to her with the open barrel. There was no time to reload in that time.
Thank you Bishop.
Revealing mistake: When Opie breaks in to the lady's car at the store, he uses a tool that slides in between the door to pop up the lock. You can plainly see the door isn't locked in the first place.
Suggested correction: Opie was in a hurry and didn't check the door isn't locked. Not a mistake.
He used the tool to pop the lock that wasn't locked in the first place.
Continuity mistake: When Gemma pulls in in her her SUV outside Zobelle's store, her car is dry at first, then after she's been in that spot for a while it's wet like it's been raining, but other cars and the road are still dry.
Suggested correction: The road is wet, as is AJ's car. There is a patch of dry road where AJ's car was when he pulls away.
Continuity mistake: In the episode prior to this one, Clay severely beat Gemma in the face. Bruised and cuts. Swollen eyes. This episode, which is the next morning, her face isn't nearly as bruised - it sure wouldn't have healed that much overnight. And the swollen eyes aren't as bad either.
Suggested correction: You can never assume how someone would heal or swell.
Clay beat her severely. Perhaps you should watch the scene.
Factual error: When Tara goes into her office there's dried blood on the carpet from her faked miscarriage. Considering it's a bio hazard that happened days ago it would've been cleaned up and sanitized since it's a hospital.
Suggested correction: The blood is on carpet which is very difficult to clean as it's such an absorbent material. The carpet will keep the stain, but as long as it has been thoroughly sanitised there is no issue here. Yes, the carpet could have been replaced, but hospitals don't generally keep spare carpets laying about. Plus the fact that her office isn't a treatment area, there isn't much of a hazard anyway.
Doctor's office with a blood stain on the carpet? Highly unlikely.
Highly unlikely doesn't make it a mistake.
Stupidity: Throughout this entire show, there is almost ZERO explanation of how, in such a small town, murder, assault, battery are committed by the club with no mention of HOW they're able to do so. This is with DNA, a barrage of ATF agents (in the beginning), and let's assume a forensics lab in the entire state. Has anyone seen forensic files? I mean come on, in the 80s in cities 100+ larger they were able to solve crimes.
Continuity mistake: Chibs starts the van and hears a bomb. He jumps out and starts running. He lands on the ground in a vertical position. When everyone runs over to him, he's lying horizontal on the ground.
Suggested correction: He does not jump. The blast from the explosion throws him into the air and he lands on his back. He is on his back in every subsequent frame until the rest of the Sons get to him.
Wolfsangel - S6-E4
Continuity mistake: Toric died with his eyes open. When the crime scene guy is taking pictures, his eyes are closed. (00:04:00)
Suggested correction: Otto cuts his throat, his eyes are open. The guards then shoot Otto and he slumps onto the bed then the floor. As the camera pans up to Toric, his eyes are shut. People don't die as soon as their throat is slit. It takes about 30 seconds.
Suggested correction: She leaves the room with both gloves on. Anyway, this can't be classed as a mistake because you don't see her at all after she goes through the door. She may have taken them off, off camera, as soon as she exited.
But a nurse wouldn't leave the room with them on, even if she took them off in the hall right away.

No doctor or nurse leaves the operating room with bloody gloves on! Come on.
