Factual error: Temperance Brennan is examining the bones of the victim and mentions she wants to have a baby. She starts examining the tibia, mentions the she wants to have a baby, then says "capitulum" while still looking at the tibia. In actuality, the capitulum is on the distal epiphysis of the humerus, not the tibia.
Character mistake: When Booth is locked in the ship, his "hallucination" asks Booth why he never bothered to learn some lock picking skills. However, in the episode "Judas on a Pole," Bones tells Booth that she's been practicing some lock picking skills that Booth taught her.
Factual error: Near the end, as Bones is typing her book, she hits the
Plot hole: We learn that Agent Booth has a brain tumor that has been causing him to hallucinate. One of the hallucinations mentioned was Parker in "The Hero in the Hold." At the end of the episode, Dr. Brennan both sees and speaks to Parker in the cemetery. Agent Booth believed Parker to be a ghost, and we were to believe that Dr. Brennan had unknowingly had a paranormal experience.

Continuity mistake: Bones walks onto the lab platform - first, there's no beep from the card reader, and second, she comes up on the wrong side of the steps, where there is no card reader anyway. The mistake is that the production team seems to have completely forgotten about the requirement for card access to that platform. They've had card access required since Season 1; anytime someone doesn't swipe their card, alarms go off.
Continuity mistake: Bones tests some liquid to determine if blood is present. She uses about 2" in the test tube. The result shows a pink hue, not red. The camera angle changes, and now there's only about 1" in the tube, and it is red, not pink.
Visible crew/equipment: After Hodgins examines the victim's car at the FBI, the next scene has Booth's truck driving down a country road, passing the camera in a close-up. As it passes the camera, reflected in the door is the cameraman's torso & arm.
Other mistake: Early in the episode, when the body from the outhouse is in the lab, the gang are all wearing bio-hazard suits. Sweets' suit has an opening along the rear-left section of the facemask - perhaps 3" long, and a half-inch high - making the point of the suit completely useless.
