Character mistake: Bones tells Cam she isn't able to ascertain sex of the victim due to no pelvic bone. However numerous times in the show she is able to confirm sex with just the skull. What's different here? (00:03:00)
Suggested correction: Maybe this skull was more ambiguous than the others. Unless she said it in a way that suggests you generally can't determine sex from a skull, I don't see it as a mistake. (I only watched the German version where it sounded neutral.)
Visible crew/equipment: When Bones, Hodgins, Cam and Vincent work out the victim was hit twice and it's murder, a lime green tape marker is visible between Vincent's feet. (00:34:20)
Continuity mistake: The way Booth holds the taper recorder during the first interview changes between shots. Note his fingers. (00:18:00)
Continuity mistake: Booth picks up a large white picture frame of the victim and holds it in his left hand. When the camera changes he turns around and is now holding it in his different hand. (00:08:20)
