Continuity mistake: During the fire alarm when the staff and pupils are assembling in the playground, a boy points out judi trapped at a upstairs window to Mr Brisley by saying "sir look." There is no one behind them, the angle changes and there are now a crowd of pupils behind them.

Episode #22.6 - S22-E6

Continuity mistake: Kamal and Becky kiss in the last of the four photos that the booth takes but when Kamal, Colin, Arnie and Nathan are looking at the strip of photos, Kamal and Becky are kissing in the third photo.

Episode #22.3 - S22-E3

Continuity mistake: At the start of this episode it is raining heavily, but when Cathy drops Alec off there is bright sunshine and the ground is dry even though Alec is still wet. But when the school is out in the playground after the fire alarm has sounded, the ground is wet again.

Episode #22.1 - S22-E1

Continuity mistake: Mr Robson parks his red Vauxhall Cavalier outside the school gates with a blue VW Golf next to it backed up to the fence. When Amy walks in there is a different red Cavalier parked where Robson's car was parked, and the blue Golf has turned round and is now facing the fence.

Field Trip - S6-E6

Continuity mistake: When Roland plays his tape recorder on the coach, the woman on the tape says "lightest lemon sponge I've ever tasted - she used to bake, yes I remember, mind you she worked hard that woman..." But in the cafe Roland didn't start recording until she said "mind you she worked hard..."

Trivia: When Banksie, Jackie, Jean-Paul and Sarah first arrive at the disused factory to drive Phil's car, the scaffolding in the background is on the Eastenders set which was under construction when this series was being filmed. From 1984 until 2001 Grange Hill was made at the BBC Elstree studio's, where Eastenders has been filmed since 1985.
