Still Life - S2-E9

Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the episode, Van Gogh starts painting blue circles "on" our TV screen (this is the 3D episode). The three circles are big and touch each other. Next shot, seen from a standard point of view, you see him getting back up and the canvas is still on the floor: the circles are smaller and quite far apart.

Sereenie

Still Life - S2-E9

Continuity mistake: In the scene where the DA and the deputy mayor are talking outside the DA's office (after she is found sitting in his office with the artist's dad), the deputy mayor closes the door when they exit the office. In the following conversation, the door is ajar.

Judge, Jury & Executioner - S2-E7

Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the scene where Allison and D.A. Devalos are talking right outside his office, the office door is ajar. During the scene it's closed, and by the end, it's ajar again. Neither character touched the door.

The Reckoning - S2-E10

Revealing mistake: When Allison is "seeing" the Massey house going up in flames, James flinches when the painting falls off the wall behind him, even though it is only supposed to be happening in Allison's vision.

Macalou

Allison Dubois: I just had a weird dream.
Joe Dubois: Of course you did. It's a day ending in "Y."
