Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the scene where Allison and D.A. Devalos are talking right outside his office, the office door is ajar. During the scene it's closed, and by the end, it's ajar again. Neither character touched the door.
Joe Dubois: Ever since you made the decision not to go to law school, to go to work for the D.A. as a consultant, I don't know, you seem kinda.
Allison Dubois: Bitchy? Cranky? Pissed off?
Joe Dubois: You can read minds.

Trivia: In several scenes, for instance when Allison is talking to Teddy's ghost in the kitchen or when they're eating, you can see the names "Harlow" and "Enzo" spelled out in magnetic letters on the fridge. These are the names of Patricia Arquette's (Allison's) children. You can see the names separate and together in some other episodes too, but rarely as clearly as in this one.
