Attack of the Alligators - S1-E24

Security Hazard - S1-E26

Continuity mistake: When Thunderbird 2 is inside the hangar, it unloads Pod 1, but the numeral on the puppet-sized pod door in the close-up shots doesn't match the one on the model pod seen in long-shot.

Martian Invasion - S1-E10

Continuity mistake: When Thunderbird 1 arrives at the danger zone, there are no markings down the length of the vehicle when it lands, but lettering appears after Scott calls for help with his equipment. This lettering is in a completely different font to that seen on the vehicle during the launch sequence.

City of Fire - S1-E3

Continuity mistake: In the Thompson Tower at one point, Blanche and Tommy are sitting on a bench whilst Joe keeps hitting the steel door. When the Tower Control assistant switches on the television, he says "How did they get in there?" and we see a picture of the family. This time, it's a different picture to the one seen before as Blanche and Tommy are not sitting on a bench, and Joe is nowhere near a steel door.

Pit of Peril - S1-E2

30 Minutes After Noon - S1-E18

Atlantic Inferno - S2-E1

Season 2 generally

Continuity mistake: Throughout series 2, the five pictures of Jeff Tracy's sons on the wall at Tracy Island are completely different to the ones seen in the first series. But when Scott prepares to launch Thunderbird 1, you can see the picture of John is the one seen in series 1.

Path of Destruction - S2-E2

Plot hole: In order to build up suspense, Virgil and Brains stand on the Crab Logger as its dangerous fuel is pumped out, despite the fact that it is hanging on the edge of a precipice. In fact they could have left as soon as they had plumbed in the pipes to empty the fuel tanks - the whole procedure is controlled by Scott in Thunderbird 1 and they make absolutely no contribution to the operation at all. They do not need to disconnect the pipes; they are left behind and dropped from Thunderbird 1 as planned. They just stand there chatting about how much danger they are in until jumping clear at the very last second. Silly buggers.
