Continuity mistake: When Buck tells his employees about his plan for "service with a hug" there's a closeup of Hank. In the next shot a car pulls up in front of Strickland Propane, and in the exterior shot the front door knob is at the right side of the door, but in the next interior shot the door knob is still at the right side of that door, though it should be on the left side. Factual error: Boomhauer's car, Ms. Sally, has a Texas flag license plate on it. These plates were not issued until 1992, but Ms. Sally was driven into the quarry in the late 70's or early 80's.
Hank: Calm down, Boomhauer! I can't understand a word you're saying.
Trivia: One of the show's creators made a cartoon about a retarded pig. Boomhauer's voice is based on the voice of an angry viewer who called when he was offended by the cartoon.

Question: Why does Peggy act surprised when told about Cotton's condition? The loss of his shins that is. He mentioned this to Bobby back in Season 1 and she was right there to hear it. The episode being Shins of the Father.
