Continuity mistake: Carters throws his white towel on top of the lockers and it falls to the floor and the locker door closes - but the next shot shows the towel on top of the lockers again and the locker is half-open.

ER (1994)
1 continuity mistake in Don't Ask, Don't Tell - chronological order
Starring: George Clooney, Anthony Edwards, Noah Wyle, Alex Kingston, Parminder Nagra
Genres: Drama

Visible crew/equipment: When the son of the accident victims is being led through the trauma rooms to see his parents' bodies, you can see Laura Innes crouching under a table in the background directing the scene. Innes was the director of this episode and it was established that this episode took place on her character's day off. Therefore, she should not have appeared in front of the camera at all. (00:32:30)
Robert Romano: The operation was a screaming success if your desired outcome was paralysis.
Trivia: Doug Ross frequently hung his head low, appearing ashamed or thoughtful or privately amused, depending on the scene. This wasn't just an element of the character: George Clooney had taken to writing his lines on papers, sheets, and other props.
Question: Does anybody know what the episode was called where that helicopter severed Romano's arm? I'm pretty sure it was season 8.

Answer: It was in "Chaos Theory" which is the first episode of season 9 (time code 00:13:55).
